Switchable Characters
I was just thinking about how if you switched Keanu Reeves' character in Point Break with his character in Speed, both movies would still work. Then it occurred to me that Harrison Ford could play both characters. "Get off my train!" as Dennis Hopper gets decapitated... I once heard that Christian Slater is like a young Jack Nicholson, but I'm not so sure.

I would switch Peter O'Toole in Lawrence of Arabia with Keanu Reeves from Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure... The trick, Dude, is not minding that it hurts.
