My guess is metadata issue, Ted has plenty of songs openly celebrating his crazed rockstar pedophilia.
When they pull digital catalogs they miss stuff for various reasons. This just looks like empty metadata.
I know it SOUNDS like the artist has made an aesthetic choice here but that is definitely not what is happening.

I had a drinking buddy who loved One Step Up, as do I. I put on Candy’s Room and he damn near lost it.
