Arbitration for Pang(Jazz) "PokerBirds", "JustPoker" club and "Diamond" union at PokerBros
Hello Community of 2+2. We faced not good situation with not trustworthy superagent Pang(Jazz in past) @fishtank81 in Telegram. Owner of live Thailand live games project PokerBirds (telegram group has been already deleted)facebook group is in archive. Also we faced disrespectful attitude from club Just Poker and person who making decisions, that says one thing does another. And we want to request payment for not trustworthy superagent and club that refuses to pay(but have given him infrastructure for this scam creating agents below him) from Diamond union. All the guys I ve know in industry havent given me hot contacts of the union. Don't want to write them cold email messages cuz it ll last long will attach link to this topic.
Decided to create 2+2 topic anyway to warn all players in the community and to raise a reputational issue to overall union, cuz feel myself uncomfortable, that my introduction made it happen and nobody want to be responsible for superagents who have everything to scam people. Diamond union and PokerBros app are ones of the best in industry so I'm really disappointed that it has happened.

I ve been introduced to him through russian poker blogger girl Yana Yashina when we were testing pokertravel project in april 2023. Its not arbitration for Yana, because she didnt put anything good words on him, as she have known him also through facebook, just to make history clear for everyone.

After Pang have been offering us free travel tickets + accommodation in Thailand and live games in Bangkok. I ve been refusing to it all the way, because it's illegal games to offer to my known guys.
So it was till april 2024, when he told me he has good offer for Diamond union, after scam he deleted info about deal he promoted:

But I ve found his superagent's account from my known agent Jade( who was affected), I ve introduced Pang to all my known agents without guarantees with 1% referral share from each:

Pang have deleted everything lately in our chat, he added me June 7, I ve made some screens just after scam was made:

Jade's team have sent him 3000$ and he pinned deal with credits in the chat, it's is seen at above screen.
After he was tanking with adding chips at agents accounts, but making agents in JustPoker club, this is prove of it on screen( this is my main request for the club, that he was able doing subagents):

Then we moved to JustPoker, this history of our chat will show that the guys are not taking responsibility, were telling false in the beginning that havent worked with him past weeks(adding agents is not working?).
Person who takes decisions says one thing does another, not taking steps of solving this with some kind of compromise, hope Diamond union will take action on them for reputational losses and cover losses of affected agent Jade Roan:

Have just found their social media and ve written down to them, it's almost the same design and way of promoting PokerBirds had , so it's reputational losses also for this new Brand and Thai community. Hope we can solve it positive way with Bros and Thai guys.
upd. When I ve written down to Titan and looked through their social media, I ve just remembered he told me about new brand Titanpoker, but he deleted all these messaged and promotion.

I have been working with Just Poker club without problems for many years.
This PokerBirds individual is huge scammer, who scammed me as well , years ago.
Trusting your upline is key, club/union cannot refund , since they are not the ones scamming.
In my situation, i was scammed in another club in the union from the same agent .
It does not seem like the club or union owes you anything. You fell for the scam; the club or union is not the one that scammed you or had any involvement
Why not contact the club first to confirm deal?

I’m playing at Titan Poker, and a user named "Sampoker" recommended it to me. He shared his contact details on Reddit. Is there any kind of scam involved here? So far, everything seems fine. I also saw another post of yours where you mention Sampoker, but I didn’t fully understand it. How is this related to Gutshot Poker?
I play 100/100 NLH live, dealers and staff are friendly and the game looks legit (in the context of illegal op of course)
I have been on and off in Thailand since 2017 but Titan is my only poker experience here (I went 8-10 times already). Do you recommend another place?

I have been on and off in Thailand since 2017 but Titan
They will just quietly over-rake you on pots and not pay you up when you win big. Other than that, its mostly legit...lol.
