Thief: Francesco Peigotto

I entered into a stake with Francesco on 10/20/2025 and he stole 308 euros from the account, lost over 200 euros due to using illegal software on his account, and placed a 25 euro sports bet using money from the stake.

Longer version

Day 1 of the stake, Francesco "accidently" made a sports bet because he had a bonus bet that took the money out of the account (yes, I should have ended the stake then).

On 11/6, Francesco Peigotto requested a refill. I requested hand histories. When going through the hands, I noticed that he should have been roughly 250 more he was reporting.

We narrowed down that the issue was caused by what Francesco Peigotto originally reported as an issue with the site. When I asked to dig deeper, the site (Silas) emailed him stating that there was 200 confiscated because he used a banned piece of software.

At this point, I was done with the stake. I requested him to stop playing on Silas, to withdraw the money, and send it back. I told him that we would then evaluate if the stake would continue, using this excuse to try to get atleast the 308 back. He agreed.

Today (11/8), he contacted me and stated that he continued to play on the site and lost all of the money "trying to earn the 200 back".

I requested he send the 308 out of his pocket for breaking the contract, and he is refusing to pay and at this point clearly has zero intentions of paying back the 308, the 200 he used for using illegal tech, the 25 sports bet, or the rest of the makeup that is due based on the contract.
