Well, you are BOTH in the wrong.
Based on your post history as well as seeing the "timestamps" of your convo with the (apparently) founder of the stable, I don't know why in November YOU made a negative Feedback post against them if you have the debt you don't seem to be willing to be paying. You come accross as a huge troll in this matter ("relax it's just a Game" when you have debt?) who is now just looking for an excuse not to pay.

On the other hand obviously his language is completely out of line and definitely not productive, especially if this is the higher-up guy of Team exploit it says a lot. I personally also wouldn't put 100% weight here that this is indeed the Guy talking here though, based on my expirience with talking to them a few years ago

Yes I wan to know if any horse in stable need to pay make up. because the team will not lose anything if I pay them . it's investment that he accept to lose otherwise it's 0 risk . also posting my full name in 2+2 that others can Google and found it hurt more (others who don't tolerate poker in my country) better to make private database to share between stable

Posting a screenshot completely out of context and presenting only part of the story is exactly the kind of behavior that, unfortunately, we have come to expect from someone with the track record and conduct of Fahd Tazergha.

The player in question initially joined Exploit approximately two years ago. He played for several months without any issues but later decided to terminate the contract. At that time, the team requested the return of the existing balances and the outstanding make-up as of that date. The player returned the balances but refused to settle the make-up, leaving the debt unpaid.

One year later, he contacted Exploit again with the intention of clearing the outstanding debt, proposing to do so by resuming play for the team and waiving his part of the splits until the debt was fully repaid. Exploit accepted these terms, and the contract was reinstated.

However, less than two months after resuming the agreement, Fahd lost the entire bankroll in casino games, creating a debt even bigger than the original one, which he now refuses again to pay. Since then, he has limited himself to justifying the situation by claiming an alleged psychotic episode and portraying himself as a victim—something that, regrettably, is not new to his conduct. When confronted with the possibility of public exposure of his behavior while under contract with Exploit, he reacted by creating this scandal.

That said, everyone is free to draw their own conclusions.

Team exploit owner don't have the right to talk to me like these menacing my family and my friend. I talk to all staff in team friendly to solve the issue but he send me private and I don't tolerate with that.

Not that I agree with these practics of stables, especially for simple 50/50 Split Deals, IMO these Deals are terrible for the Player, but that is how it works and what you agreed to.. and after losing money you were meant to clear MU with, in the Casino, there is also now no way for them to continue staking you further to clear the MU that way. You owe the MakeUp in full

Yes but they need to put more bankroll to horse to clean makeup and take risk otherwise I will stake the owner of team exploit for that money and they need to play with in micro MTT and put time to grind it . ( I just run my own team stable also )

"Creating this scandal" is not a denial that the alleged threats are real but could be an acknowledgement that publicizing the threats created a scandal. Given you are so precise in the details of why you are owed money I find the waffling(if not true simply say the threats never happened) about the threats makes me believe they are likely to be true. Not paying debts is civil; threatening like that would be criminal. You have the ability to make it clearer; either clearly state the threats are not real and are made up with the resulting legal liability if he can prove them or don't do so showing that they were very likely made.

I am not the owner of team exploit and for that reason I am in no position to either confirm or dismiss the prints above, that conversation its a discord private chat with the owner and I am just an employee that works for the company since 5 years ago, so my position here its only to make it clear that the player Fahd Tazergha it's known for his mental instability and for telling only half of the story and always only the half that is more convenient to him.

To make it very clear, the player joined exploit, decided to leave on his own before the end of the contract and we released him only asking the balances and the make up at the date he decided to finish the contract, and he never paid the make up. Then after one year he reached out again asking for an opportunity to pay the previous make up with the future winnings and the team decided to give him a second chance, the player proceeded to use the funds for casino games after a few sessions and in his opinion that is part of the risk of staking and he doesnt need to pay. When he saw that the team created a post on the thread of negative feedback, he decided to play the victim card.

Take the conclusions you want, the facts I just wrote are all real.

Don't treat me with mental instability you need to assume responsibility to talk for your Boss . if you scam others players like that in your team you need to pay. you aim to put my name in every post you make that weakness you are not professional.
