We decided to start working with Teofil Mocodean in late March at very low stakes. After he sent in all documentation / contracts etc. we sent him $100 on March 21st.
On March 30th Teofil Mocodean asked to terminate the agreement (he had not played at all in the intervening 9 days) because:
I did not use the money you sent me at all, and i decided to give up our collaboration. Please send me the cancellation contract signed by you and a proof of your identity and I will return your money to Skrill in your initial account or in the other you wish.
We asked Teofil Mocodean to send the funds back to the same location as he received them from, and the agreement would be terminated.
To date Teofil Mocodean has refused to send back the funds claiming that he needs us to prove who we are before returning funds to the same location he received them from.
Teofil Mocodean owes us $100.

Fwiw I have 0 affiliation with SB and Idk anyone who plays for them either. I was super amused by this car wreck of a human lol
I feel we are kind of done at this point,he has to be one of the more confused micro thieves on this forum of all time
