Poker taxes in Poland

Hello,
I am from Belgium but live and work in Poland. Don't play fulltime yet but maybe in the future this would be an option. I am trying to find regulations regarding taxes on players for poker winnings. It seems that all taxes are paid by the operators and players are not taxed at all, however technically any poker platform operating in Poland does so illegally.
Are there any fulltime poker players here living in Poland that can give some advice on taxes? It seems like it is the same situation as in Thailand, the law is there but it is not enacted so players just use a VPN and don't have to delcare anything?
