List of Hotel comps (either free hotel etc..)

Hello all,

I was wondering if we can create a list of all casinos/hotels which offer comps for poker players in any form (reduced rate, free room etc).
If you know any write it down and i will edit this first post.

EU:
1) Bratislava - banco casino (free hotel room after 6hrs of play - starts from 1-2€)
2) Cyprus - heard about it, but have no idea which casino it is and what is the requirement
