I saw a video recently too. Looks like it is table 2 and I’m happy that the dealer who dealt it got it. She’s always joking around with the players.
Someone that was in the room last night I am friends with on FB posted it……
And I agree about Honni, she is one of the nicest dealers in the room. She is extremely personable and friendly. Not to turn this into a tipping thread, but I hope they took care of her

She’s great. Her sarcasm at the table is great too.

Maybe someone can upload it here ..
Also, there's a reddit thread where they're saying that the loser (who won the biggest share) tipped $0. Wow, if that's the case, then that's REALLY f'd up!!!

I tried to but I couldn’t find a way. That’s why I PM’d you.
Wow that’s messed up. I probably would have tipped the dealer at least $10k I would like to say.

Unless the dealer said it, you don't really know. If it was me and the dealer I knew well, I would tip her cash away from the table to avoid "double taxation".
i won a bad beat here once (when it was sands) and i didn't tip the dealer until i got paid out (i literally didn't have the amount i tipped until i got paid). took about 30 minutes. let me tell you, everyone in the casino and half the internet was trashing me for not tipping.
nice that people are protective of the dealers but we don't know what happened.
if i could do it again i would have probably delayed longer, got dealer contact info, and tipped in cash OUTSIDE the casino.
i would dismiss all tipping rumor unless dealer says something.

I’ve always said if I was ever lucky enough to win a jackpot this big, I would drop a smaller toke in the dealer box and then get his/her contact info and meet up with them somewhere far away from the casino and give them the cash.
I got into it with a guy at Parx a few months ago when their BBJ was up there about tipping amounts. I know I’m in the minority but if I won 200k, the dealer is getting 10%. I play 1/2 and 1/3……that’s life changing money for most. A guy debated me for at least an hour about “if you had the money in your hand, you wouldn’t give that much over” I just kept saying, you really don’t know me, you can’t say what I would and wouldn’t do, if I come to a casino and buy in to a poker game for 300 bucks and leave with 200k, I would most definitely give the dealer 10%

I was involved in 4 jackpots here (one in each of the 4 rooms) and everyone always waited until they got their money to tip, although in one of the jackpots the loser in the hand slid his whole stack over to the dealer (about 2 or 3K if I recall correctly) for the tip but it's rare to tip before getting paid. The standard is usually 3%.
In another jackpot a couple years ago, the loser of the hand stiffed the dealer but he was a new player who just didn't know any better, and ended up giving him a small tip a few days later after being "harassed" (for lack of a better term).

Did she work at Chester? That's not how she spells it but that's the phonetic pronunciation.
If it is, good for her! She's a great dealer (and was a Dual Rate in Chester) and was a great co-worker.
Good in a way there won't be long waits for tables and the tournaments are coming back. The bad beat being so high may have helped the cardroom. I see there are 15 tables going this Saturday afternoon with no promotions.

15 to 20 every saturday is normal, but yes all of the guests have left the building.
I don't know if the high jackpot made the games better or worse. It attracted some really clueless whales and people would play any suited gapper. However, there were 1/2 tables where people would limp in and everyone would fold to a preflop raise. I think they wanted to gamble as little as possible while chasing the jackpot.

Is everyone aware of the free money to be made on the app just by opening it every day?
When you go into the app, click on "Play Games". Once per day you get a free spin of the wheel to build up points that can be used to buy either free play or food credits by selecting the "Shop" icon in "Play Games".
If you spin it every day, it gets multiplied by the number of days you spin it (for 5 days in a row, your bonus is 5x, etc.) until the first of the month when it resets. If you miss a day, it goes back to 1x.
I've been doing this for the past week ever since a couple ppl showed it to me. It's free money and all you have to do is open the app and spin a free wheel.
I already have a $25 food credit and $20 in free play
GL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, how many points did you have to earn to get those comps? How long did it take? Did you earn that by only playing the free spin?

I'm not exactly sure but it took about a week to get 100K points (which is worth $25 in food or $20 in free spins). If you skip a day it goes back to 1x, or of you're consistent it stays at 5x pre day.
Those are just the free spin pints, they're not my comp points.

But the food $$$ can be used at Wind Creek?
this is awesome. do the points expire? do i have to use them within the month or anything?
According to the app, the points do not expire. When you purchase a meal credit or free play using points, it has to be used on a specific day. I would wait until it is close to the day that I'd be there to purchase it, but I don't know if they sell same-day meal credits or free plays.
If you check out the shop on the app, it should explain everything. I have not yet accrued enough points to try this out.
ETA: I just took a better look at the store and you can buy same day food credits and free plays. It looks like anything for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday costs double the points.
