Golden Nugget - Las Vegas, NV

I went the other night for the first time and played the 1/2. Was a lot of fun. My table was pretty loose; several players opening very wide, although 3bets were relatively rare. Stack sizes generally between 1k-2k (wasn't really counting as all I knew was that they were bigger than mine!) Standard seemed a lot stronger than your typical 1/2 and a lot more aggressive. Despite the vast stack sizes the pots were mostly fairly modest (didn't see many pots more than 400BB total pot size). My table saw quads three times in an hour (although I accept this is nothing to do with the casino). The whole casino vibe is fantastic. Drunks and hookers everywhere.
