Delta Force

Had been playing this starting late in Season 3 of the game (we're now in early Season 4) and as I ranked up was struggling to get enough score per minute. So even if I was one of the top players in the match, even if we won the match, sometimes I was losing merit, which was pretty frustrating.

I came up in the older Battlefield games (Battlefield 1942, BF3 and BF4) and always played Engineer and loved large conquest maps on hardcore mode (i.e. someone can't get shot 27 times and still be alive)

My k/d ratio wasn't great, but my w/l ratio was in the top 1% of the world because I just knew the maps and played for the objective of winning, knowing which flags were most crucial to hold and which would be undefended as the battle flowed.

With Delta Force, it's like a special needs child of Battlefield and COD combined, fairly clunky in many respects.

But, it's been scratching the itch after Battlefield 2042 disappointed.

I had been playing the Warfare: Attack & Defend mode, but switched to King of the Hill and was finally able to score enough to get through General and make Marshall finally.
