I don't see why they gotta take the belt off Rhea if she's only gonna be out a few months. Unless this was their way of doing it without beating here, but Roman only defended the belt every few months when he was healthy. ****, I'd let Rhea beat people with one arm until she's fully healthy again.

Agreed.

I wonder what they'll do next: some kind of tournament or fatal four way to crown a new champ?

I preface this by saying I’m a big fan of Cody, I loved the storyline, and the payoff was one of the most brilliantly executed things the wwe has done since I started watching

With that said. He’s done 2 promos as champ and they’ve both been terrible. I’m really hoping the adjust his character to the gravity of the accomplishment and not have him just come out hold the belt and do cookie cutter boring ass promos

Rawstlemania was just ass

Face champions are only as good as the heels they're up against

Drew really has gotten to be a kinda impressive talker

Drew v Punk is a blood feud for the ages and needs to be the WM main event. Not sure how but make it so

I’m interested in the uncle howdy stuff. That was as great an intro as I’ve seen but bo never struck me as anything close to the level of bray. I’m optimistic but skeptical

LKJ, you must be pumped that Indy is getting the Rumble next year along with a future Mania and Summerslam!

As long as they keep them far away from titles, Randy Orton, and Goldberg, they should turn out ok

Yeah, good chance I’ll go to those.

I gotta give to it to H et al, solo is a spectacularly underwhelming performer across the board, individually I don’t give two shits about anyone in the new bloodline, and on the surface the idea of Heyman dying for Roman is beyond laughable

All that being said, somehow someway this is kind of a really compelling storyline. Basically the smackdown version of uncle howdy. This seems like such a retread with inferior performers but somehow I’m just here for it

I'm quite far behind here, but the 6/21 Smackdown was so good. The interaction between Punk and Heyman (Please take me with you). The Drew attack to get Punk out of the way. The introduction of Fatu as a monster. It seems like everyone has a decent story going on, which was about the best thing you could say about the Russo era (or at least his contributions to it). The fans are chanting for the return of a heel they used to boo out of buildings as a babyface. Hmm...kinda reminds me of another guy about 25 years ago.

The uncle howdy vignette from last night was ****ing awesome

Man, bray set the bar high but if bo Dallas (seriously bo Dallas) is half as good as this hype has been, to the ****ing moon

I love Nikki Cross and hope this faction gives her a chance to shine.

Was a phenomenal episode

If you’re playing catch-up you’re in for some treats

I can't wait for the Fin/Liv reveal that they were working together all along. Never thought I'd be interested in Priest, but he's growing. Too bad he's already older than 40. Which direction will Dom go when the split happens? He has to turn on Mami and Priest, right? Or do Fin and Liv reveal they've been playing him all along?

Baby Steiner is how Tony should have built Wardlow. Just destroying everything in his path, face or heel.

So Joe Hendry is just a more charismatic version of Bo-Lieve Bo Dallas?

I’ve got some hope for Bo. This has been really strong so far

Went down a YouTube rabbit hole, Joe hendry is ****ing hilarious

Yeah, he's a star.

I'm going to Slammiversary. Hope I get to see him win the title.

You had no idea how tempted, but ultimately too lazy I was to make a Joe Hendry gimmick account for this...

"Say his name and he appears."

Give this man every title everywhere

Also this is just hilarious

I'm hard pressed to remember a non-title feud built as well as Punk/McIntyre. It's almost like the injury situation was a blessing to draw this out so long and well without a match. Almost reminds me of the the Taz/Sabu stuff where they didn't touch for a year. Not exactly, but just so so good. I mean, I don't really care about the stupid bracelet, but I really believe these two guys want to kill each other. And it helps that we don't see pictures of them buddying around outside the ring.

Punk’s injury was absolutely a blessing

Directly led to this feud which has been incredible and indirectly led to the bloodline v cody and Seth which was incredible

Damien Priest is someone I didn't really care about up till even about a year ago. I couldn't understand why they were so high on him. He's really found his voice these last few months and improved a lot over the last year.
