Ok thanks I wasn't aware. But wouldn't HCL talk to them about that if there were hands that involved soft playing? Wouldn't they just ask them to play on separate nights?
Don't watch HCL nearly as much as I used to. Watched a couple times in the last couple weeks.
One of the days DGAF was back commentating. How long has he been back, I had no clue. It was great to hear him, I find it humor awesome and much needed. It wasn't even a good game really, it was like the lower stake Monday game which I would never probably watch for more then 10 minutes. I left it on for hours while working online and was great to listen to him in the background.

half the table are native chinese speakers and being broadcast anyone could notice if there was collusion going on so it makes sense to allow chinese at the table
i've never heard anything that would have granted anyone an edge, it's nearly always just smack talking with things like "wow you're such a donkey"

I wonder when it leaks that he's embezzled money, or some scam for 15M that he's dusted off playing poker

Any reason that YouTube makes you wait 30 minutes before you can watch a previous episode of HCS ?
I've never waited , but I don't know of any other stream that works this way.
This stream is just so objectively more boring because of the lack of table talk, because of the Mandarin.
All people do is complain that they don't want hoodie/gto nerds in scarves sitting quietly. But 4/6 players only speaking non-English is essentially just that for most of the viewers.
It's just chip clanking, mandarin, and the announcer desperate to fill dead air. I get that it "is what it is", but you can't tell me streams weren't more entertaining with Garrett, Jungle, Haralabob, etc etc shooting the sh-t while they play.
And I'm not saying you have to speak English, but like for a 95%(?) English speaking audience it's odd

To be honest i think he always has been unbearable. Way to high on himself,way too much dropping buzzwords and generally just love yapping too much because he obviously love to hear himself talk.
Compared to for example his long time buddy Bart Hanson there is a night and day difference.

Yeah,DGAF also has such massive experience from the livescene wich often translates into som fresh uniqe perspectives.
He is able to see things other commentators doesent see through table dynamics,who is up/who is down and on tilt all these kind of stuff.
