That's what he said in an interview last Fall. Not sure if it was the same interview where he claimed that he was arrested for being a white billionaire.
The article says he slightly reacted when police administered Narcan which points towards opioid overdose. I also obviously don't know anything about Irsay's regular life but if you have a caretaker perform a wellness check on you at 4:30AM in the morning that sounds like something with your health isn't right.

Lamar needs a good playoff run, no doubt.
He was young and out of his element against the Chargers in 2018. They were down 20 late in the second half, losing 23-17 was not really representative of how bad it was. But he essentially saved the season after taking over for Flacco.
The loss to the Titans in 2019 was by far the most disappointing after the season he had.
Pick 6 on the goal line against the Bills was rough. Was on 3rd down so 10-14 point swing there that sealed it.
Hasn't played a playoff game in 3 years essentially. He's a lot better now than he was then, but have to prove it.
