Asian Hand Converter Support

Hi,

Using PPPoker app on PC and I get the error 'Cannot obtain GPS Location' when trying to sit. I am opening the app via drive hud 'launch PPPoker'.

It was previously working. Please note, i can still get it to run on on Bluestacks.

The desktop version works for me. Try turning off VPN if you are using one or reinstall pppoker app. You can also send your log to support in AHC settings if it still does not work, they usually reply fast.

Did you try changing your gps location in settings? Are you opposed to using bluestacks since it works for you? 😀

Upgraded to latest Bluestacks 5 and latest AHC.

AHC is no longer detecting my instance of bluestacks.

I used to Open AHC
Start Catching
Open Bluestacks instance
Everything worked.

Now I follow the same process and nothing shows up in AHC
I used to see Initializing, patching, ready.
Nothing comes up now.

Figured it out. For anyone having a similar issue after updating to latest version this worked for me.

1) Closed every program on my computer
2) Open AHC and went to setting and clicked on Patch Bluestacks
3) Opened bluestacks and loaded the instance, AHC now recognizes it, restarts the instance and then it hangs on start up until it eventually crashes the instance.
4) Reopened the instance and everything worked back to normal.

Will there be an update to cover tracking on the 7-2 game tables? Thanks

Even though it doesn't track those extra 7-2 bb's, for the most part the HUD still appears. It didn't for one 7-2 table tonight, though, despite the fact it was recognized on AHC and in PT4.

Also, I assume HUD function isn't possible on the pineapple tables?

Can you send a log w/ advanced logging enabled to support and they can check out some of the hand formatting. As far as pineapply though, no, as the database itself doesn't support the game type.

After upoker latest update, does AHC support both desktop and emulator version?

Fixed an issue where LDPlayer9 couldn't be initialized if LDPlayer started VBoxNetNAT process.

Not sure if its because of the update or just the PC used but a few of us needed to create a new instance after the update to make LDplayer work again. other than that its working great . thanks for the fix again 😀

Thanks for the update. not sure why its not yet posted here but it fixed the x-poker issue.

I submitted logs regarding this exactly two weeks ago and haven't received an update besides the initial 'please wait for our developers to check'. Are they still checking or? Thanks
