Thank you so much for the invite. We will be in touch as everything comes together. I lived in breck back in the 91-92 season and have not been there since Im sure it has not changed much at all :p

omg did I mention that was the year of my "Don't Have a Cow Man" bart simpson t-shirt, that I got in my one time at Breckenridge? Sorry if I tripped you on the 4 o'clock run, I really only know how to ski like Lombard St.

Best thing I've heard recently was Keith Richards' sweet cover of I'm Waiting For The Man by Lou Reed.

The first thing that you learn is you always gotta wait...

idk man. the whole beauty of that song is the frantic griminess of it from the metallic sound from the track. I've never heard a cover even close to it. There's a live version out there from Lou Reed and Bowie and even that misses it totally IMO

I tend to agree here. I'm sure Keith Richards cab relate to the subject matter, but it doesn't do it for me. Now I have to go listen to that album.

Camping out on EmoMusicTwitter with a bunch of other sad grimy middle aged ****s doesn’t make you an expert Slimmers

lol

No accounting for tastes, I guess.

YT was kind enough to suggest this to me, without prompting.

Hearing it for the first time, and I'm enjoying it as much as the original, or the Keef Richards remake.

no ****, but i'm noticing a trend that there's a lot of men here discussing the gto method of waiting for men

everyone has to wait for their man bruh. That’s just how it is. Even in those rare instances when you’re man’s a woman

If you’re still fighting this then you haven’t waited for enough men in your life yet

Been doing the Lent thing, and I haven't really missed alcohol, but man I miss the taste of good beer. Had wings without beer and it was just a travesty, so I tried a couple of non-alcoholic craft beers. They didn't taste bad, exactly, but they didn't taste like beer. More like grapefruit juice mixed with the water you boiled brown rice in.

The only NA beer that I sort of like is Sam Adams Just The Haze. It's as close to an IPA as I've found. The rest have mostly been a dumpster fire. I don't even bother anymore. Now, I run through a case of La Croix a day.

Sadly, Hazy juicy IPAs are one of my least favorite styles. I'm sure it's easier to emulate, but I like my beer to taste like beer.
