Wouldn’t that change with more players though? The tables are always open, nobody airs them because the pool is small.

What are you talking about? You don't choose if your APP's go to your card or stay on the poker site. You gain tier credits automatically after it's linked to your account. And I don't know what other guy is talking about "saving up APP's"...that's not a thing.

Yeah I don't think what he's saying is accurate. You shouldn't need to transfer anything.

My card somehow got unlinked last May and I'm currently in the process of getting WSOP.com to report the points from the rest of the months to Caesars. I have no idea how my card got unlinked (maybe signing up for Bravo for WSOP?), and I have a feeling they are going to come back and tell me there is nothing they can do, even though I don't think I'd be able to unlink my card on purpose if I tried. I was at 4500 points through May 2023 and need 500 more to get platinum.

WSOP.com has been absolutely awful to deal with, even worse than I imagined they would be. I started emailing them on April 23rd and we've gotten nowhere. They keep saying they will "escalate the situation" and I'll have a response in 24-72 hours. But they never respond. And then I follow up with them and they act as if they have no record of every receiving any emails. So we are now on our 3rd attempt and it's been 48 hours - can't wait!

And the best part is they still sent me a survey to the question they didn't respond to. Big mistake...

I was referring to the way that WSOP Michigan does it. People were discussing having to make a new account if the merge happens.

Some days you literally can not open a table it simply does not work at certain stakes. A lot of days wsop will only allow 2 tables at each stake to be open, so if a random player that wasn't on any tables wanted to play and 2 tables were full, he would not be able to open a new one. Seems to be mostly at 100 and 200 for whatever reason.

The speculation on twitter was the upgrade/merger would happen on May 8th, based on the limited tournament schedule dates showing and some other things.

Support just confirmed the upgrade date to be May 8th.

They said we should get an email with details sometime before then. All games and tournaments currently offered in NV/NJ will transfer over to the MI software and add to that.

He was saying balance would transfer over but still not sure, details probably in that email.

I didn't specifically ask that again, but he did mention we would have to sign up on the new site, so that is probably in line with what the earlier support said that we could pick a new name or pick the same one if available.

I am not sure how signing up on the new site though would allow your money to be transferred over, maybe they have it all figured out. lol

This seems like a weird time to do it less than 1 months before the WSOP they better be confident there will be no glitches and I don't see how they can be. Also I cant imagine they would force everyone to withdraw and just hope everyone decides to deposit on the new site, that would be the dumbest business move ever to force withdraws. I really hope they have it set to transfer our note and everything over. This seems like a huge complication this close to the series.

Looks like WSOP is delaying the merger if they did have it planned, more MTTs have been add on the current client out to the 19th at least as where yesterday it went out to the 7th only

Seems odd however they have still not added any promos for the month. I am wishing I could be earning my $10 every 2 or 3 hrs from the reload bonus, mine expired mid last month.

Yea, but that is probably just auto populating. Also, if what they say is true about all tournaments offered currently in NV/NJ will add to the MI client when they upgrade/merge happens, then it doesn't matter.

The online circuit events are this weekend, and mainly the mystery bounty on Saturday I believe that was shown for NV in the leak and would need the upgrade for it.

I still feel 90% it will happen on Wednesday. I just hope to see an announcement or email today or tomorrow instead of "Suprise MF". lol

supposedly the biggest event to happen for wsop in years, and we still havent gotten an email on either the merge or software update. I wanted to know asap, so i can withdraw from cage and redeposit.

Yeah this is pretty annoying the uncertainty. It can't take more than 30 mins to draft an email to players max. WTF are they doing

I reached out to support and they did confirm there was an update coming. No timeframe was available to be given, they just said keep checking your email for future instructions ��

WTF I didn't even get an email. MTTs are scheduled out to the 19th, looks like the new planned date might be the 20th but who on earth could have confidence at this point.
