I can't even install the NV client, it says "downloading files" 30% and now went back to 0%. WTF

I had this issue with the old software and someone recommended that I buy a usb wifi plug in device. It was 10 bucks and had no issues since.

I keep getting something called a "clog file" appear on my desktop when i open the new software. WTF is that?

Bugs are to be expected. Just gotta give it some time while everything gets migrated over. This is a great day for online poker, though!

GEO location is not a new feature and something that could have been easily tested before the migration.

It's not acceptable.

I work in tech and every time we migrate an app, guess what we do?
Test it in a development environment first before we release it to production.

Can anyone report how many points you are getting at the cash tables? The new rb system says 80 points= $1 rb.

Also when redeeming points, why do the blast tickets cost more than the cash? You can redeem 1 dollar for 80 points and a 1 dollar blast ticket for 90 points? that has to be a mistake. What a bunch of clowns lol

Is there a deposit bonus code? When I try to 'claim bonus' it just keeps redirecting me to download the client.

pretty sure there is no deposit bonus yet. Maybe if you're completely new to WSOP ever...........but not for existing players.

That little thing popping up and blocking the cards, saying raise, fold, call, whatever is very annoying.

They've already communicated (perhaps in a previous release?) that they needed to adjust the system since Michigan had a different one... so naturally, they couldn't possibly have accommodated customers like yourself and myself and likely everyone else in this thread by simply tier matching their Champions Club status to whatever might be reasonably appropriate in the new system.

I went to cage at around 11pm, and they told me the system was down.

Legitimately, whoever the clowns are that made the decision to do this on the eve of the WSOP starting deserve to be fired.

We all knew that they weren't gonna get this right. They're the only ones who didn't know they weren't gonna get it right. Im not even that perturbed that its all a cluster f*ck cause who didn't know that.... but the fact that they waited to allow it to be a cluster f*ck on the night before the WSOP starts is something entirely other wordly altogether.

Does anyone in this thread have a job or held a job at some point where literally you could do whatever you wanted and it didn't matter cause no one was watching? I've never had that job. I want to know what it feels like to run this thing the way they do LOL.

You can still choose the Rio for a cage withdrawal/deposit? That would be great to avoid the strip but I'm guessing that's a mistake too lol Also, I was one card away from winning the Card Strike bonus. It says top prize is 1,000 but I'm guessing it's a random award where you get a much lower amount. Anyone know how that works?

Rio isnt a Caesar's/Harrah's property anymore.... they got bought out. Completely independent now. And yes, that was the best option for years.... 100%... but you can obviously still choose any of the others.

Yep I chose cash at the cage option to view where I can deposit, it still lists Rio. So I went down there only to be told they havent been under Caesars since October. They cant update their list after 8 months?

Then I drove to Caesars from there and they said there are too many issues so I can't deposit right now. Caesars is really tilting me lately. What a joke.

All in all, I am very pleased about the new update. As we know, it was way past overdue. The low-stake tournament entries seem to be more expensive than prior.

I guess the bonus points/cash did not transfer?

This new software doesn't appear as good as old software. As of now I dont see how to leave notes on a person. I dont see a list of tables when searching for a game like before.

So looking at the new software it doesn't seem like there is the ability to take notes on players wtf.

I can't have this right can I? How are you suppose to multi-table cash games without being able to take notes on players?
