Since WSOP locked their thread, why can't we have our own?
The new software crashed 4 times over a 2 hour session. At other times, the software was unable to confirm that I was in fact playing in Nevada. Normally, I play 6-8 tables at a time, but this afternoon I was only able to play 4 tables at a time due to the unreliability of the software.
In 2017, I remember they had a software update, and the site would pretty much freeze every hand. But then they improved it over time. Hopefully, the company will do something to improve the software.
One other complaint: 9 player SNG are absent. Instead what they do have is plenty of silly gimmicks for silly games and people.
Flapjacks I went through that verification and it was giving me some weird places I never worked at for all 4, had to click none.... and then addresss I've never been for all 4. It said lets try again and gave me one with and address I was did use. My account was transfered but it was so weird I thought someone might have stolen my id lol. I checked my credit report because of it.
Anyone who didn't get verified during the pre reg period, but are verified now, get their account balance transfered to their new account yet?
i have no deposit button at all, i used to be able to deposit and withdraw while not in nevada....anyone else have this problem?

Anyone else having trouble with notes on players saved after closing out WSOP and logging back in? Tried to tinker with a bunch of permissions and doesn't seem to help.
Same exact issue from me. NJ site. I’ve had account since 2014. Pre registered , said it was successful . Try to log in , I get same “closed account “ error. I’ve called and emailed support since Monday and they just keep saying “it’s been escalated , wait for an email”
They actually had me retry making a new account on phone and it was instantly closed on their end.
Only thing I can think of, is there is something wrong with their verification system , b
i answered none of the above for 2 questions. old address question and professional certificates i hold question. but i got the A OK

I just got verified but was told it would take up to 48 hours before I could deposit, play, and have my account balance show up.
I did the pre reg but needed to provide more documentation even though I was able to play before the software update.
I wonder what percentage of players have to provide additional documentation. Maybe it is why the player pool is so thin.

Welcome to the club. They killed full ring PLO I think a year ago and some players disappeared. Either they went broke or they hate 6 max.
I'm stuck on this garbage TDY so I can't play until Fall. I'll be back to take yall PLO pool's money when I return to Vegas LOL.
The players that disappeared I dont believe went broke. They just left. There were a lot of people that never came back
Once things settle down they'll figure it out for you. You should get a hold of someone on the phone.
I waited for 20 minutes yesterday on the phone without even so much an update on my wait time. Just the same music in the background for 20 minutes with no update and no announcements about anything.
I tried using the code "MONEY" and was told I'm not eligible to use that promo code. Is a code necessary to take advantage of this bonus or does it work without one? I've clicked around all the links on WSOP.com and they either lead to a page that doesn't have a code or lead to a page that prompts me to download the site I already have.
The hu sng turbos take way too long now. 4 times more starting chips so 4 times as long. That's fine, they should keep those as a turbo option but why they would want that to be the super turbo makes no sense. They make way more rake when they end in a few minutes.
Kevmath said no bonus code needed for the deposit bonus even from NV pre reg players. I did it yesterday with no code and got it 100% match.
I'm afraid to deposit more money until I get verified. I downloaded images of my passport and am still waiting on verification (I'm preregistered too). Given the total absence of support right now I'd venture to guess withdrawals are not possible.
I got screwed by only depositing $200 to test things out as they gave no indication there'd be a bonus. Only good thing is I've 4x'd my bankroll in 2 days lol.
In addition to the circuit series added yesterday, they now added the Online Championships series and some specials and other tournaments.
A quick look at some of the small to medium buy in events and none of the structures look that great.
Then they some kind of weird time structures on some that change the blind times several times throughout.
I generally have no qualms about the update, all things considered. However, I need to become comfortable with the tournament schedule. There were some small/medium entry tournaments on the old client with which I was comfortable.
The cost of entry for the tournaments seems to be higher, and the lower end tournaments do not seem to have enough money up top.
