Since WSOP locked their thread, why can't we have our own?
I was tilted with wsop and did a 14 day cool off. That was on the old software. Since then I've received the email that the cool off is expired and I'm able to log back in. We'll I'm not. Every time I log in, says my account is still restricted. I spent an hour and a half on the phone yesterday with support. Finally she says yea that's very odd, you should have access. Lookout for an email within the next few days... days... I asked if I could speak with someone else and was denied.
Support is terrible. Hours wasted.
I think this is how it breaks down (at the presumed maximum level where you get 320 Online Caesars Rewards (OCRs) per level).
Each level is the equivalent of $10 of rake (1 point per $0.01 in rake paid).
You earn 320 OCRs, which can be converted to cash at a rate of 80 OCRs/$1.
So you'd earn $4 in RB, or 40%. I think we'd all agree that's pretty good. The problem is that you restart at level 0 every month where you're earning 20 OCRs (I think?) per level or 2.5% RB.
Thanks for this. Do know at what level we hit the max 320 OCR? I hit level 10, still had 20 OCRs for level completion. Then I was at 18 and had 80 OCRs for level completion.

Thanks for doing the work. If this old NV screenshot is accurate than the 2nd jump would be around level 38 which is $375 in rake paid? I'm only level 14 now so can only confirm the 4x jump from 20 points to 80 points after paying $100 in rake. Hopefully they still have the yearly level, them putting out a statement or something would be nice.

What you screenshotted is actually their old system which is now defunct. This new "Points to OCRs to Rewards" replaced the old annual Champions status.
Specs don't seem to be the only factor. I have a good gaming PC and no issues, but I've heard from 2 people who have stronger PCs than me that they are having the performance issues.
FWIW I have a 2080ti , i7 processor, 48GB of ram, and have the software installed on an M.2 SSD. I am still on windows 10 fwiw. Perhaps people who already "upgraded" to win 11 are having issues. Or it could be something like an anti virus or anti malware program causing issues or a million other little small software
IMO, hardware is playing a significant role when I’ve played. If I have 4 tables open, there’s no problem at all. I can watch hand replayer, click top off option, all works fine. When I have 9-10 tables open, that’s when crashing and lagging begins to arise. When lagging happens it always leads to a crash with me.
I have an i7 processor with 1660ti and 16 gb of ram. I’m going to experiment with a higher end PC soon and I’ll share the difference. Every night, I’ve played for 4-5 hours and have experienced 4-5 crashes per night. It also gets worse if I’m clicking on other things in the background, websites, or playing music. Again, 4 tables, it handles it for me with the other tasks. I think it’s heavily impacted by your CPU/GPU power. I could be wrong. I’m going to be trying it on a i9 processor, gtx 4070, 32gb of ram. Will share comparison.

This happens to me. It seems to be on a timer, When it happens, close the “restricted” message, and try to open a table. If you can’t, and it says it can’t verify your location, it means you have a geolocation issue. I have had this issue for about 10-12 days now. I’m still waiting to hear back from IT, it’s been 5 days. When you get the message, wait about 40 min and try logging in again. Most of the time it lets me play for one hour before the issue comes up again and it kicks me out.
Got an email this morning that my money had been transferred to my new account. Support was pretty useless I talked to them twice, waiting on hold 1hr the first day and 30mins the 2nd day. In other news a friend of mine who's kind of a fish says he likes the new software so that's good news I guess. My biggest issue at the moment is its crashed on me twice. The first time I tried to open multiple hhs at once while playing 6 tables. The 2nd was pretty random and I had just 3bet AK then got disconnected and got back and hand was over so not sure what happened. Other main issue is when sizing tables similar to how I used to on old software is I can barely read the screen names, bet sizes etc.
Anyone else get a “ClogFile” on desktop when they open the client?
It’s a word file that appears to be a script run in the first second the poker client opens.
Not worried about this. Just something new I never saw on the old software.
Yes it used to be in my downloads folder but I deleted it not sure what it was, now its on my desktop which I'd actually prefer to bet somewhere I don't see it. Not sure how to get it to save somewhere else.
Anyone having issues with withdraws? I went to withdraw recently and asked me to upload bank information. So I obliged and it’s been crickets. I’m reading horror stores on twitter from people not being able to get through on the phones. I finally called today, I hung up after 2 hours. Tried the live chat, timed out after about 45 mins. People saying they can’t get money out at the cage either. Has anyone had any success with uploading documentation and getting a withdrawal? Thanks!
I'd like to hear if anyone won big on the card strike bonus. I got 10 times by big blind 1 time but wondering if anyone here has gotten a bigger prize than that.

Also I don't know how anybody with a brain could like this software. I have a great computer specs never had any issues with anything before and this software is absolutely glitchy af. Even when I open the little bonus section to redeem these **** rewards like 75% of the time I just get a spinning wheel like its 1988.
I wonder how much time went into these animations that no one wants. I think most people want smooth, fast, and clean over cutesy stuff.
But, having an all-in button as a default at cash game tables is very nice. Having people shove 100bb into a 10bb pot a couple times already is a good thing.
Small follow up on the performance issue question, to everyone having issues: Are yall on Win 11?
My two friends who have stronger gaming PCs than me but still have issues with WSOP are both on win 11 but I'm still on Win 10 with no issues.

That wording is a little unfair,/clickbaity I'm not saying people aren't having issues, clearly they are and we've been documenting it here. But he states that like its some hard and fast rules. I can run more tables than that +more without issue. And I have one friend who has issues once he opens just a 3rd table let alone 7 .The site clearly has issues for some but I think its a bit more nuanced then that tweet would indicate.
Interesting to see that the person he quote tweeted is on WIn11 , I wonder if Ryan is as well.
Did we ever find out how to link our new wsop.com account to Caesars Rewards in order to earn tier credits, or if it is for sure necessary to do so again for the new software? Because the link below still does not work (when you click on "CAESARS REWARDS" to try to link the accounts.)
Are we not earning tier credits under the new software until we are able to link our new WSOP.com account to our Caesars Rewards account?
The pre launch FAQ said you would need to link again, I followed the link you posted it took me here:

and it seemed to work for me though. I did it a few days ago. Seemed like it went through we'll find out next month.
