There's a6/a7 but I didn't know this word until 5 minutes ago

At first I thought of a4 but it would need another word since that's just in the area

My A7 is very well-known, so different from yours. Gets decent focus, but we’d still need a banger of a clue 2

A5 may get it.

If they know the a6/a7 it will insta hit, but it's a pretty obscure word imo

first thought is cactus and a7 is Arizona but need to ponder

sugar: aspartame a9 not clued; prolly not this
syrup: not seeing a lot for those letters; a possibility
nectar: honey woulda been mentioned; prolly not this
tequila: alcohol is an a7 that gets towards this but needs another clue; this is a possibility for sure
succulent: meh, is this on the list?
cactus: Arizona would be the a7; not as good as tequila right now
flower: hibiscus and iris and tons of options; nah
desert: arid, arabian, gobi, etc; nah

so tequila or cactus

tequila seems best; gonna look at the other clues mentioned
