To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:
Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.
If any of these details are missing or unclear, the document may not pass our verification standards. We recommend double-checking these criteria before resubmitting.

It has been a year since 888 blocked my account and froze my balance. I am posting this to advise all the poker players to avoid playing in the site/ withdraw if you are allowed.

FYI, as you can see below, the first time I got that message was in September 2023, what I got the 28th of May was the same mail cause I tried to reach again for a re-evaluation of my case.
Again, at this point I lost hope but I advise everyone reading that this can happen to them and I assure you any process with the support is an absolute nightmare.
I'll keep posting from time to time for visibility.

so i played last week a lot here and raked around 1200 usd. was waiting for rakeback but havent received and saw taht daily spins are disable as well.
I contacted live chat to find answers, and yes they decided to not offer me any bonus. Still fine but wy so sneeky? should say in advance or sen email or something. NOt after i paid a lot of rake!
