seriously ZERO. She is 100% slow twitch and can not run fast or jump high but can literally do stuff forever (unfortunately this type of fitness is not encouraged in kids. She actually knew that was what she wanted to do but they would not let her). Her spatial awareness was quite weak. She was picked last in gym and thought sports were for others.
She wanted to learn how to lift weights and that is why she asked me out. We saw pretty quickly that she had good genetics for building muscle
As an outsider, to me it looks like her biggest talent is willpower and discipline. Respect.

Although in his defense I'd say "Elmo's twitter" is not like old twitter. It now feels like 90% nazi's, it's very much not just stuff you interact with anymore even if you try to ignore it ... and all the nazi's have blue checkmarks, which are auto promoted to the top of any replies.
Kind of sad because if any mastadon programer had ever walked past a UI designer and not got pepper sprayed, people might have had something worthwhile to migrate to.

SPC cranked out that 200 mile ride, continuing through the night. Just bonkers, imo.
Major league heat advisories issued for today in the area she biked to last night. She has been focused on the weather and using it to her advantage. SPC saw an opportunity for a big push last night to avoid the high heat indexes for today. She may get held up a bit with evening t-storms when she swings into action once the heat of the day subsides. She had a great liesurly ride yesterday of 203 miles and was tired after staying up for 24hrs but feeling strong for the last 620 miles and will be pushing hard. She is sleeping now planning on a full 8hrs of rack time. Today will be brutal for those in action as it will feel 100+ in the shade
