soviets provided the manpower, usa provided the everything else, both were essential
in 1943 alone the usa produced more aircraft than germany had produced in its entire history
also in 1943 alone the usa produced more naval tonnage than every other combatant combined since the start of the war

Soviets did about 90% to win the war and would have won without lend-lease. thats it.
you can quibble over the 90% figure. maybe it was only 80%!
