20 Questions
I'm thinking of a movie.
Go!
Bolt did ask if it is generally used with coffee, but irtm was waiting for confirmation of the question.
We've got 4 more questions before we need to identify the answer. I feel good about this for Q17.
Is it commonly used for preparing and/or transporting coffee?
i think this question is fine if transporting includes moving from kitchen to couch with coffee mug, and isn't a narrow definition. and change to coffee or tea.
there's also nothing electrical, so i'm not sure what preparing it would fall under given
It is meant not to be used for cooking food on a stove or in an oven.

Still water bottle, measuring cup, a jug?
Could it be as simple as a coke can or something?
not a guess, but soda can seems to fit the questions so far

although aluminum cans are common for carrying coffee and/or tea
Just curious - what was wrong with the flask idea?
I think it's a metal water bottle or a metal measuring cup. Not sure how best to proceed. Also metal straw - people like those to not get their teeth discolored, or for environmental reasons. again, the average person does not have one. not even sure the average person owns a straw.
Also I don't think the average person owns either of those, but the average person does own a water bottle or measuring cup, just not metal.
Soda can doesn't seem right, but everything else seems worse.
would it help to determine if it was completely made of metal (instead of also including a paper label like a soup can) and/or typically has some sort of label on it (either ink or paper)?
It might help to determine whether this product is typically made of metal (as opposed to other versions that typically come in plastic.)
Like a water bottle, for example.

I just want to know if the answer is water bottle, is irtm giving answers related sometimes specifically to his metal water bottle, and other times related to water bottles in general.
I don't think that's the case because it would be weird
would the median usa adult male in 1975 likely own a metal water bottle or straw?
what objects are common between you and your grandparents?

That's why I said these questions were answered terribly if it's any of those things.
Also, nobody would use "metal water bottle" as their thing...they would just use "water bottle". It just ends up far too confusing otherwise (and stupid).
