I don't want to be a homer, but Philly seems like a decent bet. I guess it all depends on Hurts and the coaches, but I think the coaches are better from last year. They lost some good players, but also added to the secondary. Losing Kelce and Cox is rough, but Jurgens seems decent (and Kelce was probably overrated last season) and the DL is still stacked. There is a reason that they didn't trade Milton Williams.
