Yeah, I honestly think those are best. I still think Link hits remote harder than person, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on how well you feel Force hits pounce before we bold anything.

I really think of pounce as more playful than forceful. But that's just my reaction.

Yeah. They could have all the pounce words already, as well. Let's do it then. For glory

Date
Force

Link
Loch ness

force is neutral

person - 4
remote - 4
dangerous - 3
pounce - unlimited
Mississippi - unlimited

Bottle
Bugle
Link
Loch ness
Mammoth
Mouse
Pin

Teacher
Server
Shark
Cotton
Knife
Knight
Egypt
Date

Button
Bomb
Cat
Spring
Jupiter

Scientist
Film
Spider
Shop
Force

cork - 2

So bottle and link. No clue on the last word

Yeah, I have no idea what the other cork word could be.

Only think I can of is the similarity of the phrases “put a cork in it” and “put a pin in it,” but the phrases don’t mean the same thing.

Maybe loch ness? Cork is a place in ireland, and it has some equity as the final remote word.
I'd feel better about that if it were capitalized though.

Though I guess link is likely the final remote word

I don’t think cork is used as a mute for trumpets/bugles, but it’s been a minute since I was in an ensemble. I think cork is used as the padding in some instruments keys and valves, but again not sure if I’m making that up and/or if it applies to bugles.

I can’t think of any relationship between cork and mouse or mammoth.

Oh, Cork very likely is the stopper in a trumpet, so a bugle would probably be the same, I'd think

If Loch Ness was ours, he would’ve gone unlimited and it would’ve been capitalized. And he probably would’ve been more specific on a bottle clue (like glass - unlimited or something)

The spit valve has cork on it, pretty sure. Maybe it’s actually bugle.

Bottle
Link
Bugle
Bottles?

Works for me. Might as well go with

Link
Bugle
Bottle(s)

No clue if bugles have cork on a spit valve…always considered them brass instruments like trumpets with no reed or cork unlike woodwinds

Words I would have clued to connect bottle and bugle:

Blow
Spit
Rocket
Mouthpiece
Musical
Sound
Tubular
Round
Metal
Vet

Oh well, we were close

GG

I guess these aren’t as big as they once were

What was the last word? And how does it connect to cork?

Oh man, that makes sense. Shoot, sorry

It’s fine

I couldn’t clue corkboard and hit bottle; figured we had good shot with only a few words left but didn’t know cork was in bugles

Coulda done sharp but bottles aren’t sharp unless broken

Ah, man, that's a tough one. Good clues, we just didn't get there

Woulda liked to clue Genie for this skit, where they do “put a pin in that” multiple times

What was the final red word?
