2024 Fantasy Football Thread
Welcome to the 2024 fantasy season, where I'm officially addicted to best ball. I've been drafting since the end of Jan
keep 11 players for free for as long as you want, 12 teamer, .5 PPR, start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 2 flex, 1 TE
hurts, stround, daniels, purdy
saquon, jacobs, aaron jones, achane, charbonnet, elijah mitchell
AJB, garrett wilson, amon st brown, jayden reed, lockett, polk, jermaine burton, jahan dotson
bowers, hockenson
I kept hurts & stroud and then got caught bidding up both purdy ($7 out of $500 draft budget) and jayden daniels ($39) so now I want to try to trade at least 2 of my 4 QBs but what can i realistically expect to get back in a league that obviously doesn't value QBs all that much.
I'm trying to get my head around this Nabers utilization. Godamn.
who would you rather in your IR spot?
Chubb (CLE) or Brooks (CAR)
Brooks

I'm guessing it's a 10 team league?
Have to look at the teams that need QB help. Possibly buy low on Andrews? The situation is looking dire for him but it's a long season and maybe he surges near the playoffs and his value can't get much lower than it is now. Would need to be a team that is terrible at QB and already looking towards next season where Daniels may look attractive but probably still too early in the season for that.
You're probably going to be stuck holding the bags unless a team gets hit with injuries down the line.
i thought Brooks might be the answer (especially w Young now out of the picture)
thx for the replies
Who's ready for the Bijan breakout game?
Incoming 30 fpts
Any of you guys have KW3 and a plan for what to do with him if he’s questionable for MNF? Even though there’s two MNF games not a lot if good hedge options on waivers. It’s basically Noah fant or the titans TE or a backup rb
This was the dream scenario we visualized when we drafted him at the 2/3 turn. I was shocked that guy's like Olave, Adams, Aiyuk and Waddle were being drafted ahead of him. I'll admit I took Waddle before him a few times just in case I was wrong but I knew it was stupid. Waddle should have been a late third/early fourth pick. Next year I'm staying away from the YouTube hive analysis.
It was annoying Allgier was in there on that 3rd down before the big 4th down failure. Why? And why would you expect Allgier to handle one of the best run-stopping LB on that awful 4th down call. Trade bijan to the Chargers please.

jfc could you imagine if the chargers had an elite RB, and/or an elite WR?
Nabers to the Chargers would have been something. But Harbaugh is too smart to pass on All-Pro potential OT the way franchises like Miami and Atlanta do. McConkey is gonna be good. I expect the Chargers to draft a RB early in the '25 draft as there are a lot of good prospects.
AJ + Smith both out again, looks like i'm gonna start Goedert over Kittle then hopefully doesn't leave me with egg on my face ๐
I'm also ready for a Bijan breakout game!
Do we anticipate Deebo actually contributing if he plays, or is this one of those spots where they use him as a decoy the entire game and he puts up a goose egg?
I think you have to play Deebo unless your other options are all top 15-20 plays.
Taysom Hill vulture season is back.
vs Burrow/Chase stacks in two of three leagues. 63 yard TD is not ideal.
Well I was wrong about Bijan. Both this week and on the season.
