Marketing themselves as player controlled with new take on rake-back rewards. Being backed by Alec Torelli and others.
Pls share thoughts or updates, particularly on the technical side of how a poker site works with DAOs and voting rights.

Hey all, I wanted to drop in and introduce myself. My name is Michael Dunlap and I've recently joined the team over at Phenom Poker, focusing on marketing and communications. I'm a long-time online poker player (back to the Paradise and Planet Poker days) and was lucky enough to not have any significant balances online for Black Friday. I'm a 15-year veteran of the casino business, after which I transitioned into marketing.

Been playing on there. One thing that is disappointing is the rake is $7 in big bet games in mixes (eg 10/20), when the rake cap is $4. Since they're all capped games I feel like it shouldn't be any larger than the limit games
Played a bunch last night.
8 game mix was a lot of fun. 2-7 single and triple draw games fun.
Was playing on mobile and ran into a couple glitches here and there but seemed like they were actively patching them and toward the last bit of the session it was way more smooth.
Either way, awesome to have an option to play mixed stuff and non holdem/plo games. Looking forward to traffic growing and game availability to increase.
such an amaing option!!! Pretty much has made Poker fun for me again which, after 25 years is saying smthn!!!
Just played for the first time last night. Awesome having another mixed game option here in the US. They're so rare! Not a ton of players yet, but $10/20 mixed seems to be the sweet spot so far. I played 4-6-handed for a while and then went to bed. When I got up in the morning, there was still a $10/20 mixed table running. Really excited about the potential here.

Mixed games action thats not part of a Club App? Count me in. I will have to check it out later tonight.
Crypto only deposits and withdraws and upfront KYC seems like it would eliminate a large % of the player pool that would make a site worth playing. The sudden media blitz, and the astroturfing in threads like this gives me an odd feeling. If the site is still around in a couple years I'll give it a shot.

whats peoples hang up with KYC? i dnt get it tbh. Everyone complains about cheating and such, then a spot implements road blocks to that and Ppl complain about that. I think ppl just love complaining. Would love to know whose astroturfing as well....lol. Players that love mixed games have ZERO Options...we are happy to have options God forbid we express that happiness. lol...
So I just decided to do the identity check (which went much more smoothly and quickly than with any other side for whatever reason) and looked at the games, but right now, the most active hold'em table has 3 players. I hope this is just a bad time of day (noon in Europe and the middle of the night in the USA) since well this isn't playable.
Love the interface though fwiw, looks super nice.
They got to remove the kyc if they want action. Most rather not play if they feel the heat from taxman. Just my 2 cents obv.

ya, thats 6am here. Prlly poor timing. But traffic can be slow...its day 5. It also can be decent. Itll pick up once players get used to Crypto deposits (not as wide spread here as there i think) 2500 players have gone thru KYC alrdy. MTTs and SNGs scheduled for Dec...itll pick up!!

Been playing some FLO8 and O.E Mix the past couple days and honestly, it's been extremely enjoyable.
My biggest complaint is that for a Polygon network/Tether/USDT noob, it was a little tough for me to figure out how to get money onto the site (Buying, swapping, gas...etc) but I eventually figured it out.
The actual game play is easily the best software I've played on since the Full Tilt/Stars days in the US. The games feel so smooth, huge selection of mixed games, cards and table were sleek looking and I even have my own avatar, which is pretty sweet.
Really impressed with it...just needs more traffic.

its def a lil Glitchy in spots, especially with PRE turn action bttns (clickin raise, fold, call b4 turn etc) but itll get better. They are adding more Deposit options so, that should help. LOVE they are giving back 50% of the rake back to Token holders in weekly dividend payments + rake back!! And I love the MIxed Game Options!!!!

Im also a Polygon noob and cant figure out how to deposit. I use Coinbase mainly and it became clear quickly I couldnt use that to deposit, since they send Tether on the ETH network, not Polygon.
I downloaded Binance.us, transferred my USDT from Coinbase to Binance, but now I cant figure out how to send the USDT to another address. Theres no send/receive option like on Coinbase. I only have buy/sell/convert or trade.
Edit: Withdraw tab lets you send to other wallets as well. On the downside.. I have to wait 48 hrs to send anything after created a new account.
Really is a pain in the ass to get money on the site.

This works. But way much easier to open a Kraken account and send USDT on Polygon. $5 in POL would last 7 lifetimes too....lol

Coin has 1500 players daily at pretty much any hour...are they failing?
there are currently 1501 people online on coin.
340 players at cash games but probably the number of those playing is half that half because many play more tables.
I haven't counted how many are playing tournaments.
but to also be positive a quarter plays and the remaining 3 quarters just watch...

I am a professional PLO player, and wanted to share my experience on the site so far. Overall, I have enjoyed the experience, very low traffic and games seem soft and I really enjoy the rake back system they have. I do have a minor concern, last night I was one tabling and noticed what my balance was in my account outside of the table that I was playing. Long story short I left the table with a little over $750 in cash and my cashier never updated. It’s like the money that was on that table is stuck. This happened a little over 12 hours ago and I immediately messaged support but have not received a response yet. I am not too concerned. I am sure it is some type of weird bug with the site being brand new and I am sure they will get it fixed for me, I will update you all here. I do recommend you keep track of your balance as you play the best you can for now.

if you look up your deposit address here:
... you would be able to see your funds are still sitting in the table contract address you sent them to when you joined the table... that's the beauty of a the blockchain, it's a public ledger. I had mine stuck for about 12 hours last Tuesday, but wasn't worried just sucks the bug is still present
