I was thinking about this too. Think he’s still a must-start while Nico’s out. I don’t expect CJ to be held to < 100 yards vs IND. If Nico is out vs DET & DAL, well, those are pass-funnel defenses.

(Obv assuming you’re not stacked at WR…but I assume if we started Dell week 7, then our depth is such that we should almost always be starting Dell week 8).

You don't think the addition of Davanta Adams is a trend in the right direction? I don't care at all about the stats prior to his arrival. When this team gets some chemistry it's gonna roll. Hackett isn't involved anymore. I think Breece will be the easy number 1.

It was obvious he was trending back towards being elite. Only 17% of people played him tonight in DFS 2 game slate. Did people really think that he just all of a sudden became bad at football?

He’d done nothing so far to show he’s still elite. Even tonight, it’s 4 targets, 4 catches, 41 yards and 2 TDs.

I'm sick about the totally pointless Godwin injury. he never should have been on the field at that point in the game.

I'm in first place in my league. Godwin is my star player. first place pays 60k. that's more than I make in a year. lol

I am tired of starting Patrick Mahomes, anyone have some QBs they like ROS who might be undervalued? I have a lot of depth at WR and RB and would like to get an upgrade.

I was thinking Dak or Purdy. But that is only a slight upgrade at best.

Maye has a couple of bad matchups but then a great schedule, stafford will be live again, rodgers schedule second half looks decent as well

Yeah, there's probably 15 or so other QBs I'd take over Mahomes. With that said, I'd be careful not to sacrifice floor too much chasing ceiling. At least Mahomes provides floor.

Baker is about to take a big hit, AR's floor is god awful, Stroud looks bad without Nico, Herbert just threw for 350 yards but couldn't even muster a TD, etc. Mahomes's lack of ceiling is annoying, but it could be worse.

This is very helpful and his floor is probably why I have held longer than I've wanted to.

Who do you think balances floor while having obviously more upside than Mahomes?

I feel like Trevor Lawrence might start having some value. His defense is horrendous so his floor seems decent and has some decent upside. I also like Dak as a potential trade target but all the consensus rankings I've seen have him around where Mahomes is.

Also, does anyone have any thoughts on how much FAAB Njoku is worth? I feel like he has a great shot of being a top 3 ROS TE. Already have Ferguson so I am not overly desperate. I am thinking of going 21%.

I'm not sure that Trevor is any better than Mahomes. But between the defense being bad and a potential coaching change in the next few weeks, he could have more upside.

Without knowing whose available and who you have to trade for, these are a few names I'd consider.

After seeing Russ put up 24.9, he could be a target. I'm not sure how viable he is going forward, but Mahomes hasn't scored over 24.9 since week 7 of last season. In fact, Mahomes has only scored over 20 (20.8 in w12 last year) once since then.

I would say Geno, but now DK is hurt.

Brock could be viable in the long term, but depending on Deebo's health and when CMC comes back, he's probably not going to offer much more upside than Mahomes in the interim.

Maybe Goff since he isn't as sexy of a name, but he's been scoring better than Mahomes. Goff's week 16 matchup is not ideal given his history, though.

You might be able to get Tua for cheap. His floor will be lower, but he'll have the 20-30 point upside Mahomes isn't providing.

Caleb or Maye, but I'm guessing both are rostered, so it'd depend on how much you'd have to give up. Or Nix like liga said. Nix will have a lower floor, but with his rushing, he's got the 20+ point ceiling.

Other potential options if injuries happen to the guys in front are Penix and Flacco.

As far as Njoku, if Cleveland really does roll DTJ, it'll be ugly, but Njoku should still get targets. If Cleveland rolls Jameis, it's wheels up, and Njoku is probably worth more than 21%. Tough to say right now.

12 team PPR that has to start a TE? I probably go higher even with your lack of desperate need and prefer him over Ferguson - Browns offense probably gonna look a lot more normal with Winston

Both. Even with recommendations, you still have to work against your league mates. It does suck that they put the info out there, but it's just another tool to use, basically.
