lol what is going on. does the rules analyst know the rules? earlier he justified the nabers shift penalty by saying all 11 players need to come to a stop before the snap... there's no way that's true, right?

i'm not sure if you saw when they came back from a commercial and explained why
all 11 players must at some time (it doesn't have to be right before the snap) come to a complete stop together for a second. Nabers ran out to the left and never set for a second (all other 10 players were set at this time) before running to the right of the LOS
it was a clear foul by the NYG on that play

One foot twice counting wouldn't really make sense. If someone barely bounced their toe on the turf when dragging one foot, it is now a catch?
Can catch ball on one foot, hop across the end zone on that foot for 20 seconds, and it wouldn't be a TD.

that's correct.
or more extreme if you lose your foot during the play, so now you only have one foot. if the defense doesn't tackle you, then no matter what you do you can't catch the ball in bounds
