1. MAGA was already going to vote en masse, what are they gonna do now? Vote even harder?

While people who aren’t trump supporters will probably agree this was a pointless thing an angry old man said while angry that served no real purpose they aren’t gonna be offended by this assessment and undecideds aren’t going to sit there thinking ‘you know I had no idea who I was gonna vote for between harris and trump but now that biden called trump supporters garbage I must be their white knight now more than ever!!!!!’

Btw even if the puerto rico comment was the same (and it wasn't: it referenced the island and not the population of the island, and trump voters are an order of magnitude more people than puerto ricans anyway) kind of mistake, the puerto rico comment was made by a comedian, the trump supporters are garbage comment was made by the sitting president of the USA.

It's impossible to logically even find any equivalence there given that, with Biden comments being zillions of times worse, but that has never been a problem for leftists, who display a lack of logical coherence permanently.

I assume that being the man of principles that you are, you also expressed your outrage every time Trump said something wildly insulting about large groups of people when he was sitting president of the USA.

I expressed a lot of outrage when he mocked a disabled journalist for being disabled, i don't recall instances when he insulted large portions of american citizens though

Why is the target being American citizens the determining factor of whether an insult was or wasn't appropriate?
