2024 NFL Regular Season: g-bebe’s Lamar attempts to slay Dom’s Josh for title of mafia boss
You know, since the Super Bowl periodically i will watch the CBS Sinatra intro cuz it was ****ing magnificent. Halfway t
FLACKS
Lol Flacco has unironically been an incredible fit for the Colts this year. The team is pretty meh, but Downs is a stud, and he works best with someone that can hit him on short/intermediate routes. Guess who that most definitely isn't
I still can't believe the NFL let Downs fall to pick 79.
Jameson Williams appears to be not smart
thread title yet another thing taken from heels
nothing left now but a seat
JOE out there ballin' out and getting absolutely no support from the FO's structure of the team or the coaches developing/coaching up the rest of his teammatessmh
Somebody should show this to dumb*ss CIN HC, when he basically removed Burrow from the game on 1st down at BAL 38 in OT, and running the ball into the line for 3 plays and missing a 53 yd FG. And with Burrow already throwing 5 TDs in the game.

JOE actually audibled out of a pass to a run on first down. that said, not throwing on second down after the minimal gain on first down is a mistake (and obv the third down run was a mistake)
JOE #1 in QBR too
the NFL's top performing QB, yet two games below .500. gets my ire up
in the immortal words of Dean Smith
everyone on the bench stands for the man coming out of the game
Dean is also the same person who said this
there's a point in every contest when sitting on the sidelines is not an option
extrapolate data between the two as you deem appropriate to support any particular agenda
FWIW AZ @30:1 for NFC chp has some appeal, considering a team who has not won the conference in 60+ years is +160.
Zac Taylor should be fired, but no one talks about it since it's the Bengals and no one cares. You have to be truly awful before people start talking about firing a coach of an irrelevant franchise.

Burrow's look on the bench after BAL got the ball back told it all.
If the coach does not have the sense to play arguably the best QB in the league in a super high leverage situation like beating the top division rival when two1st downs basically seals a win , then something needs to be done.
It does and it doesn't. DET is running super hot and its obv reflected in their short odds, combined with many of the top tier NFC teams playing horribly.
But NFL has some auto-correlation, which implies DET is likely over priced. They seem to have overcome their decades long mediocrity, but you're paying a very short price (2 home games @ 6 pt faves) this early in the season.
I like AZ because 30:1 will become 10:1 if they win the west.
ARZ has also played the second toughest schedule (DVOA), and has the eight easiest remaining
also 2-0 in their division
just disputing that rationale, not the conclusion.
agree lions seem overpriced given loss of hutch and 5 NFCN games remaining. if they secure HFA though look out -- spitting image of 2009 saints (also a lowly franchise)
I wonder what DET's odds on 1st round bye are, if anybody is even taking that bet. I'm guessing around -180 fair, w/ no analysis.
would guesstimate +120 just based on their remaining schedule (GB x2, @SF, @HOU, BUF, MIN, CHI x2)
After seeing Longhorns playing arguably the easiest first half season schedule OAT and rewarded with #1 and 4 pt fave over UGA, it seems we got a lot of bettors jumping on band wagons this year.
BUF is -4500 to win AFC east, that's not even 6 month's risk free interest.
it's as if RT himself came up w the title for this Michael Silver Athletic article posted yday
Colts GM Chris Ballard has failed to live up to the team’s bold promises
Ballard, whose accessibility and folksy conversational style have endeared him to fans and media members, has earned more praise with fewer achievements than anyone in the business.
As Irsay undoubtedly now understands, you can hire the person you think is the best candidate and try to speak his success into existence. But you can’t hide from the truth.
