Las Vegas Casual Dining Thread
We have the fine dining thread, but everyone needs some good casual places to eat, either on the strip or local. I'm fi
I think Town Square is the best just because Iβve never encountered a wait there.
I usually go the downtown location but was at Town Square for a movie so went there. The pastor fries also used to be $5 back in the glory days.
Anyone been to Four Ranches the new steakhouse at Wynn? Going there tomorrow, will report back. Not many Yelp reviews or pictures up.
Think it is Four Sixes, that may help you find some reviews/pics. Looks good!
One of the guys who plays with us here went last week, but he wasn't playing today for me to ask. If he plays tomorrow, I'll ask him for his review.
8/10 for Four Sixes steakhouse. Not sure if this should be in casual or fine dining, seems somewhere in between like most casual steakhouses but here we go.
Skirt steak, spice crusted ribeye both 9/10. Wagyu short rib 8.5/10. Burger 7/10. Crab cake 8/10. Tartare 7.5/10. Onion rings 8.5/10, fries 9/10, campfire potatoes 7.5/10, old fashioned 7/10. Desserts 8/10. Ambiance 6/10 definitely felt a bit like a popup instead of a dedicated restaurant.
$600 plus tip for 4 including 4 cocktails. It was very good but for the money I would rather go to some of the other great steakhouses. Worth trying though and really liked the steaks.

wondering if the 6,50 coke was the same person who ordered the 22,00 michele martini
Needed something from Uber eats off st. rose near M. Nacho Daddy-Dumbest ****ing name and bordering on too pricey for what it is. Tortilla was good on the burrito, tortilla chips were fine, meat whatever, was super salty. 5/10 good enough to eat 2/3rds of, will not order or go in person. Shocked they have 6 locations.
Yeah, Nacho Daddy is ridiculously overrated, not a big fan, itβs very meh.
New burger spot With Love, Always looking like it maybe a new top burger spot. May have to go investigate this weekend. Top tier looking smashburgers from the owners of Sorry Not Sorry
a $52 burger would need to be really ****ing good
It was good but should have got another steak instead. Bavette’s burger for $36 is better. I’d even say the $13 burger at Yukon Pizza was better. Would eat it again but wouldn’t pay $52 for it again. It did come with a full side of fries which is like $18 by itself so it’s not quite as pricey as if it was a la carte. Fries were fantastic

Yeah ok. In Vegas terms if it comes with fries, thatβs just about normal
Bavette’s burger for $36 also includes fries so it’s still way overpriced. The $50 burger is becoming the new $30 burger. I agree that the burger has to be exceptional to warrant $40+ even with the side included. Plus at Bavette’s you can choose any other side instead of the fries for an upcharge too. The bun on the Four Sixes burger was just ok, a little dry.

I e never eaten at Bavetteβs but I feel like Iβll need multiple visits in June when Iβm there next. Feels like thereβs a steak and a burger visit needed

their mash potatoes are also elite . I have the golden handcuffs in which I get 300 a week in resort credit and I probably get that and green beans once a week.
what a way to start your day!
Went to Bramare tonight, very highly recommend. I felt kind of bad because the place is super nice but hardly anyone was there on a Saturday night. The parking situation was also terrible. Itβs next to Cleaver, Tacos and Beer, and some other spots and thereβs only maybe 40-60 spaces so I had to park at the hotel nearby and walk, and even that lot was packed.
Old fashioned ($18) - 8/10 pretty standard but well done
Bragato cocktail ($22) - 10/10, phenomenal drink. Not on the menu yet, theyβve been testing it out. Itβs a coffee/dessert cocktail made with nitro and itβs just perfectly well balanced. One of the more memorable cocktails Iβve had in a while.
Espresso martini ($16) - pretty standard, 7/10. The one at Mother Wolf is 10/10.
Calabrian chili pork belly app ($19) - 9.5/10, this one was even better than expected
The Toast - 9.5/10. Same, very impressed with this.
Rigatoni a la gricia ($28) - 8/10, but only because the one at Mother Wolf is 11/10
Porchetta ($28) - this was good but needed some kind of sauce I think. Nice crisp on it. 6/10
Overall great and will definitely go back.

My goodness does that sushi look elite.
sushi not my thing but that really does look fresh.
WJ basically holding both dining threads on his shoulders at this point
