Worst 3 game Thanksgiving slate of all time? And the worst part is that it was shitty on paper.

At least one Miami Dolphins player believed the team allowed the cold temperatures to dictate its performance in Thursday's 30-17 loss to the Green Bay Packers.

According to NextGen Stats, the Dolphins missed 20 tackles in the loss, which directly led to 132 additional yards for the Packers. Linebacker Jordyn Brooks bluntly said he thought the mid 20-degree temperatures played a role.

"I thought we were soft," Brooks said after the game. "Simple as that, I thought we were soft today. I don't know if guys was too cold... I don't know what it was. I feel like the elements played a part in how we played as a group, and that was the result that we got."

I didn’t stat nerd search this, so maybe I’m wrong but it felt like they had like 5 completions over 10 yards all game, everything underneath with zero run game. Just hard to do a 15 play drive to score

All three visiting teams looked like they might threaten upsets before reverting to who we thought they were

Tua was 10/15 on throws 10+ yards past the LOS. By comparison, Love was only 2/5.

I missed most of the 1st half, but it seems like Miami was quick to abandon the run, and then obviously the defense didn't perform to the level they had the last few weeks.

I don't know, that's kinda what I want, that way I can pay attention to family, food, and friends without worrying I'm missing a good game. I barely glanced at the first game beyond halftime when I arrived at Mom's house. Didn't watch any of the first half of the Cowboys game and am perfectly content that I didn't miss anything. I did see the LOLBears meltdown at the end and got a good chuckle, then back to playing cards with the family.
