hello, I need help with verification, I don’t understand what they want from me, I have sent everything they want from me 3 times already, and why can’t I make a withdrawal but I can make a deposit? how to understand this?

I received a lot of message from the other players. And from the bank itself that there were really problems and the withdrawal possibility was restored.
I also looking in to withdrawal status for the 20 time and don't see any move or changing status.
Iam now with 888 more then 13y and thoroughly studied how it work.
For first it awaiting process. Next status is processing. And only after that possibilities to withdraw going crushing. In this time statuses don't changing.
For all time that I play on 888, I see few time then absolutely worked card was crushing.
Can y try it again or manual. Card working with 888...

What they are saying if you make a small deposit using Skrill or Neteller it will allow you to withdraw by those methods.

Does this make sense? This is taken from a 8.80€ buy in but its the same for every other BI. A bunch of very minuscule bounties and a few way over the buy in...
Winamax and Stars starts mystery on ITM which makes for a better algorithm distribution.
There's actually no problem in starting in a fixed level but at least fix the distribution algorithm (or start mystery 1-2 levels later to avoid distributing the pool by so many heads).
As it is doesn't make any sense. Also having the top envelope being 10% of the prize pool seems way too much.
I don't know where to turn. Maybe they can help here?

The account is fully verified, but when I made the withdrawal, On November 23, I received an email from [email][email protected][/email] to send a photo of the credit card on both sides. I re-sent documents from my bank on the 24th via the Verify ID option in the control center: statement, details, certificate of accounts, since I have a virtual card. They were checked the next day, this can be seen from the status in the control center. No one wrote me an answer by email with additional instructions.
