TYTY! now 2/9, AAxx held up. Now I can chill for a bit. 3 players under 10bb, let them battle, hahaha!

edit: what does it mean when a player has a * next to their name? a couple people with *2, one with *4.

bounties from $60 - $130. JUICY!

To answer your question, it's the number or total entries that particular player made in the given tournament.

Can I get a rep to see why my MoneyGram deposit hasn't cleared it's been two hours. Always is a hour for me

They don't monitor this forum. You can contact them at https://www.americascardroom.eu/poker-cu...

Hey, I'd be greatly appreciative if anyone grinds ACR professionally if they'd be kind enough to please let me know through PM how much rb they recieve on an avg. Week.

My guess for 40 hours of 1/2 would be around $125 per week at the standard 27% rb. So, that'd come out to $500 paid in rake. Is that about right?

Thank you.

Anyone else getting this?

Is there a fix? Does screwing with my firewall protection help? i HAVE deactivated a couple protection schemes and still getting the error.

For a while about an hour ago couldn't even get to blackchipoker.eu because of that certificate issue but that went away...

......but now that problem is back too...

solution to ' connection to our server has been interrupted '

I ended up calling my ISP (fidium / consolidated communications ) and told the CSR I could not get to the blackchippoker.eu website. He spent about a minute from his end and said 'try it now' and it worked. While I had him on the phone I also logged into BCP and that also worked. He had to add that website as an 'exception' to some magic list on his system and he claimed it is now 'permanent.' He was very friendly and asked no questions that were irrelevant. I hope this either directly or indirectly helps others.

Anyone keep getting questions while playing to see if they are a bot? I answered wrong once and they had to investigate my account and said I am fine to end up getting another problem solve question to see if I am bot again haha. I am not a bot acr...

Does "multitable manager" feature work for anyone?

I try to set it up and it just freezes the client every time.

No hotkeys to switch between tables? Or arrow keys etc to do that?

After installing newest software, now the active table just jumps around everytime anything at all happens.

Made it completely unplayable for me. Had like a dozen misclicks thinking action was on a table that it wasnt on

This is the feature I wanted--but not like this!

is there a way to fix this without calling my isp?

the monster of the Venom promotion looks a lot like the monster from the cover of Judas Priest's "Jugulator" album.

Cathedral Spires! 😃

Is the client acting strangely today? it takes forever to sit at the tables.
and now I can't log in anymore.
Is this another nightmarish Christmas season like last year?
let's hope not

ACR Poker
@ACR_POKER
We are currently experiencing technical issues with our software. Our team is working diligently to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
All running and late registration tournaments are being canceled and refunded in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

On ACR:
My waiting list settings keep reverting back to .25/.50 on the cash games . Has anyone figured out how to retain these settings ?

does anyone know when exactly end period to reach rank in elite benefits?

Route 66 $100K guaranteed tournament on Sunday currently has 387 entries. It needs like 1500 for ACR to break even. Am I crazy to think there is no way this doesn't overlay massively? I'm already qualified with mid-pack stack but trying to determine if it's worth playing more flights. If it's gonna overlay I will. Especially given they've canceled these tournaments in the past and just given ICM value to qualifiers at least a few X.

There's a flight every 3 hours which means they need to average almost 50 players per flight to make the guarantee. Many of these flights get canceled because not enough runners. Kinda wanted to keep this to myself even lol

Thanks canoodles, interesting.

I don't quite get how this works;

The lobby says 732 entrants, 93 remaining?

732 is a long way from 1500

Yeah so it's a 2 day event so the 93 is all the qualified players who made it to day 2. The flights run every 3 hours and whatever chips you have at the end of a flight (level 17 I think) get put into day 2, which starts today.

They used to have it where you could only qualify once, but now you can play as many flights as you want and the chips accumulate collectively so like, if you play one and end with 100K chips and then play again and end with 500K chips, you'll have 600K chips for day 2.

Anyone who plays in the flights whether 1st 2nd or millionth try is added to the total entrant list (732). They might start getting a ton of runners in the flights leading up to it this morning, but to only have half the amount the day prior is pretty wild.

There's only 3 more flights at time of posting this and they need another 650 players to not lose $ including the rake, and almost 800 to not overlay with rake not included (I.E. discounted rake for players). The market does tend to become aware of big overlays and close the gap... I ended up playing 2 more flights because I think there's a good shot it overlays regardless, but we'll see 👀

in my experience, I always think these multi-flight MTTs that resume on Sunday will have a big overlay, and then the last couple of flights on that Sunday morning get like 10x the entries of the other flights and there's either no overlay or a small one

Black Chip Poker servers seem to be down - I can't login and even their website is down, despite ACR/WPN running fine. Does anyone have any info on this or know when there will be a fix?

Haven't seen any Russian or Belarus players at cash games recently- are they being blocked?

Is depositing through bitcoin as simple as googling how to buy bitcoin with wallet than transferring to ACR? Would appreciate if anyone could tell me the process... I think it's download a bitcoin wallet, buybitcoin through the wallet to fund it and then transfer to ACR from your wallet.

That's basically it, but the step "buy bitcoin through wallet" has a lot of possible permutations. Technically a wallet is just a place to store your bitcoin and you need to purchase the bitcoin through another broker, sometimes called an exchange. The exchange is a website where you can deposit dollars (or other real currency) and then use those funds to purchase bitcoin. Then you can transfer those bitcoins from the exchange to your wallet. It's a bad idea to transfer from the exchange to ACR directly which is why the wallet is needed.

Nowadays the "wallet" can also include other functions, including purchasing bitcoins, so you can combine those steps as you had outlined.

As an example, and this is in no way an endorsement of this approach, just an example (assuming you're in the US, not sure about other countries):

1. Download Cash App
2. Link your bank to your cash app account (debit card or account number)
3. Deposit dollars into cash app
4. Use cash app to turn dollars into bitcoin
5. Transfer bitcoin to other wallet (e.g. Exodus)
6. Transfer bitcoin from other wallet to ACR

Cash App probably won't give you the best possible exchange rate from dollars to bitcoin but it's very easy so the convenience might make it worth it.
