To me the most interesting part about this is all the usual suspects are going hysterical about this. But nobody is really taking them seriously anymore and they're just screaming in to the wind. Elon is a racist propagandist who elevates white supremacy, Christian nationalism, white replacement theory, anti-semitism and is obsessed with the far-right. And even if that’s not who he actually is and it’s all a front it’s all we know him as and he’s used that image, his influence, his wealth and his unapologetic mandate that X formerly known as Twitter to become a far right kingmaker to accumulate more wealth power and influence all over North America and Europe as he does everything he can to tilt the political landscape into an extreme in one direction

People who accidently do something that is obviously bad if it was done on purpose, often have a perfectly good reason to avoid telling the world it was an accident. This case may be an exception. But in general it is quite reasonable if the action was something that the perpetrator had a right to assume that others should realize could virtually never occur except by accident. To make a statement that verifies that it was an accident is to acknowledge that the theory that the action was puposeful is at least PLAUSIBLE, even if unlikely. Many would consider it an insult to themselves if they gave that theory even a little credence.
