it reduces 2 balances for eddy tho. ive been in ur position on these swaps before, and i dont necessarily like it, it does benefit thread overall. not every swap will benefit both parties

I hear what your saying, and yes, ideally swaps would benefit both parties, and it's okay if it benefits one but is only neutral for the other. That said, the intention/purpose of swaps is not to benefit one party and hurt the other party. This swap just adds more transfers for me . If we do it this way, it just becomes a free for all. Nobody should come away from a swap having new balances with new people.
