What's the deal with sandwiches?
Eggs had their day in the sun, and cereal already made it's splash. Now it's time to celebrate an old standby, the sandw
So my wife took my kid to the doctors this morning and kid wanted Burger King which weβve never had and also stopped at a bakery and asked if I wanted anything and I said yesβs give me a βhotdogβ.
So I finally had what I posted here months ago. Glad I tried it but wouldnβt have it again. I donβt think an American hot dog is a sandwich but kind of feel a French boulangerie/bakery hot dog is a sandwich. Itβs a baguette with cheese and and meat. I also know what Chinese people that eat at Panda Express feel like.

Now my stomach's growling.
thanksalot!
What's the deal with Cuban Sandwiches?
At my bar & grill we used to do a sandwich on the special board we called The Crazy Cuban: Amoroso roll, pulled pork, capicola, pepper jack cheese, jalapenos & spicy mustard. We didn't have a panini press so we toasted it on the flat top and used the grill press. It was a fan favorite.
In the Seattle area we have one cuban chain, paseos. Here's their signature sammich: So the deal would be juicy pork, BIG hunks of onion, the toasted baguette, and the mayo.Very messy, but delicious. Haven't been to in years as the locations are a pain to get to.
Paseo/un bien are great. The paseo near Safeco is pretty easy to get to. I go sometimes on game days since I usually get a beer first at that end.
If you want a Caribbean spot that is easier to get to bongo's is right off 99.
