I see a player who always plays with 100bb, meaning they also top down every time they exceed 100bb. Couldn’t find an option for this, am I missing something?
^He does it manually. There is no such option as far as I'm aware.
seems you are talking about snap. Hellsreal is right. Players who don't want to play deep, just re-enters to snap pool when they have more then 100bb stack.

Earlier today, I received an email saying that a request to change the email address linked to my account had been received. However, I never made such a request, and now Iβm unable to access my account.
It seems like someone may have gained unauthorized access and changed the email. Iβve already tried to contact support but havenβt received a reply yet.
This is extremely concerning, and Iβd appreciate any help from the 888 team or anyone here who has gone through something similar.
Please let me know how to proceed to recover my account safely and prevent further issues.

Let's ask some uncomfortable questions:
1) Where is the actual customer support?
- A chatbot that doesn't recognize words like "lag" or "bug, " only offering "Want to make a deposit? Here's the link!"
- No email contact option
- Forum threads with identical complaints dating back to 2020
2) Does anyone actually maintain this client?
- Try playing 4+ tables: Your whole PC (including other clients like PokerStars) freezes like it's 2005
- Player tags self-destruct after 10 hands
- Documented issues for years, zero fixes
If they can't handle the basics (support + stability), what guarantees do we have about:
- Data security?
- Tournament integrity during crashes?
- Funds being truly "safe" when the client freezes mid-hand?
I'm not looking for quick fixes. I want to know:

Agree about customer support. They should return e-mail support. It is not normal that the ONLY WAY to solve a problem is 888rep here. Big thanks to him again. But this is not normal. What % of players knows about 888rep ? i would say 15% in best scenario. So other 85% of players will never solve their issues. All major poker sites still have email support. Yes, it costs more money then a useless bot, but 888 is a big company and they can afford it for sure.
I don't know about old bugs (i play about 6 months only). But this new lobby refresh bug makes me sad. It appeared like 3 updates ago and still not fixed. Every time when i start a session i can't just click "join to waiting list". I have to open every fkn full table and only then join to waiting list. This is terrible. And it has been reported here by several players. Still no fix :(
C4ss10p34, advice for better performance on your pc: Turn off all possible animation options(in 888 lobby settings) and your 888client will run much better. I play 6 cash tables + H2N on a pretty weak laptop, and everything is fine. Oh and 1 more: Try to backup your QuickNotes.json file every 1-2hr. Cause when you get disconnected QuickNotes.json file will have 0 bytes size :-) These are 2 critical bugs imho.

Normally they are granted automatically after the 9th tournament finishes, it whould be on 07.06.2025.

As far as I understand, my request was assigned number 553735, but I have not received a response to my request for a month. A screenshot of the email and its text (if it is not visible from the image) from April 30 is below:

"Hello, my Support User ID: 832073169, nickname land_seal, I'll start from afar with the background, because it is important for understanding the problem.
My account was blocked for 5 months during the KYC verification, from November 8 to April 9. I sent the documents the next day after the request, November 9, they were reviewed for 2 months and on January 6 you requested some of them again. I sent them on January 9 and after 3 months of review, the verification was passed, the account was restored on April 9 and I was able to make deposits and continue playing.
After unblocking the account, I had 3 problems, I will describe each of them below in more detail with screenshots and documents.
1. Change of registration address.
During the blocking, I moved to another city. On April 22, I contacted the online chat with a request to change the address, attached a bank statement. The support operator said that the document is suitable, asked to reset the password, which I did and said that within 3 days the address will be changed (change.jpg). 8 days have passed, the address has not been changed. I ask to change it, my new address: Ukraine, postal code 03022, city Kyiv, street Vasylkivska, building 38, flat 186. To confirm the address, I am attaching several documents, suddenly one is not suitable for address verification:
- bank statement from April 30 (adr_bank.pdf)
- statement from Luxon from April 30 (Luxon USD statement.pdf)

2. Withdrawal limit.
Over the past 2 days, I have tried several times to withdraw $500, but each time a window popped up that I have reached the monthly withdrawal limit of $5000 and to increase the limit I need to go through ID verification, a screenshot of the message is attached (withdrawal.jpg). But 20 days ago (April 9) you completed the full verification of KYC, I passed the following verifications: Proof of address, Photo of Card (ending in 1329 and 9658), Proof of Ownership of Luxon Account, Source of Wealth. Before the account was blocked and unblocked, I did not have this limit, I withdrew more than $5000 per month several times. I contacted the online chat a few days ago, as a result, the operator asked for a photo of my passport or driver's license to increase the limit. I just tried to withdraw funds, but the limit has not been increased yet. I understand that perhaps not enough time has passed to consider the problem, but today is the last day of the month and tomorrow I will not be able to check. I sent a photo of my passport and driver's license in the online chat in one photo, perhaps they should have been photographed separately. Therefore, I am attaching a separate photo of the card ID from 2 sides and a passport (id_front.jpg, id_rear.jpg, passport.jpg). Please increase the withdrawal limit that was before the blocking.
3. Extra rakeback.
After unblocking, I stopped receiving extra rakeback for rake at regular cash game tables. I received extra rakeback every month for over a year, the last time I received $303 on November 4, a few days before the KYC verification request. I thought that the promotion had ended, but recently I learned from one of the players that he still receives extra rakeback for rake at regular cash game tables. Perhaps after blocking for 5 months, the promotions on my account were not automatically restored and they need to be connected manually. Participation in this promotion gave me additional motivation to play more to reach $1,000 in rake per week, I think it was a mutually beneficial promotion for us, now I have never made $1,000 in rake in a week when I thought it was over. I ask you to restore participation in the extra rakeback promotion on my account, I understand that this is a difficult question, so I ask you to pass it on to the head of the poker department for consideration. Also, if a positive decision is made, I will be very grateful for the payment of extra rakeback for the period from April 9 to the current date.

In short, there are 3 problems:
- during the five-month blocking, the registration address changed, I sent statements with the new address both in the chat and via email, but they still haven't changed it to a new one in a month.
- after unblocking, they set a basic limit of 5,000 per month for withdrawal of funds, as if this was a new account and I hadn't undergone a comprehensive check. In addition to poker, I play in your casino quite actively and at not small stakes, but this limit completely kills the desire to do this. I looked at the statistics, in May there were 16 days when I played in the casino, the total amount of bets was 180,000 per month, but I have long been running into the withdrawal limit, because I try not to keep more than 5k in the account, and I deposit and withdraw in case of a win in the casino. I ask you to return the previous limit of 30k per month, which was before the blocking, because all the necessary documents were checked before unblocking.
- I was excluded from the weekly extra rakeback in cash games at regular tables, I participated in this promotion for 1.5 years before the block for verification. I thought that the promotion ended during the 5-month verification, but a couple of players and my affiliate gipsyteam wrote that players are still receiving this rakeback. The affiliate also wrote that this is a common practice at 888, that after a block and forced long inactivity, they disable promotions and they need to be manually re-enabled through support. I ask you to return access to this promotion, since it is not my fault that I have not played for 5 months, such is the speed of checking the documents sent in support. Ideally, I ask you to return the rakeback for the time that I am trying to get back into the promotion, but this is secondary. I understand that this is a non-standard request, please forward it to the head of the poker department.
