You might have an issue that isn’t related to the stability of the software. I have virtually no issues on a PC outside of occasionally getting a disconnect message that resolves itself within 15 seconds when I click the “try again” button that appears when that happens. Which isn’t rare but doesn’t occur often enough that I worry that much.

“Every single time” on two different systems seems like you might want to look at your ISP or network connection.

I haven’t seen a lot of players in cash games freezing and counting down before they exit. Once in a while but hardly enough to think this is a widespread software issue.

I'm on an I9 Dell Windows 11 notebook and have had a couple full crashes recently.

I'm hoping someone may know how to help... just landed in Vegas with new MacBook Air and checked in to the wynn. I'm on the hotel wifi trying to logon to wsop.com NV and I keep getting "can't verify location." When I go to location services under system settings and tick the WSOP.com NV tab to turn it on, it automatically unticks itself within a few seconds (wtf?!). It's driving me crazy. Ive tried resetting location services in terminal (per chatgpt), I've uninstalled and reinstalled wsop.com, I've turned off private relay... nothing seems to work.

The Wynn WiFi is a single IP address. At a guess, someone else in the hotel already logged in and the website is blocking anyone else from the address logging in to prevent collusion.

See if using your phone as a hotspot works. Not sure it will, but otherwise I don’t think there’s a work around.

So I experienced the playing on the same WiFi thing before. It will let you sign on to the client but it won’t let you join the same table in cash as someone on same network. With that said, the validating location problem can be so frustrating. I think your best bet is to start by calling support, they are quite helpful on the phone. Another option is going down to the World Series, they have their best support people working the wsop.com desk.

How can I access the Deposit Bonus? I deposited once last year using PayPal and used the code but didn't get a bonus. I deposited $1,000 again last week at the cage in Harrah's casino using the code WSOP25, but the bonus screen is still empty (see picture). Maybe the cashier just forget to use the code? The old software didn't have this issue though. Thanks.

WSOP25 runs from June to sometime mid-July. I’m not sure we get a new one until August since that was $1000. Will be happy to be wrong.

PLO6 + cardstrike is amazing. I've hit 30-40 card strikes in the past 3 days including 2x $40 at 1/2 yesterday. The rest $2s.

I noticed the 6 card - card strike is pretty solid. Not sure if they didn't realize this and will lower the number of hands to get it. It seems to hit too often for them to be cool with

well you have 16 shots at seeing 6 cards in plo6 = 96 cards seen before board resets

in plo4 you have 16 shots at seeing 4 cards = 48 cards seen

nlhe i think its 45 x 2 = 90? not sure cos i don't play 2 card. But getting 45 hands takes a lot longer than 16.

16 x 4 = 64 cards. 50% more cards in hand is 50% more cards seen.

Anyone having trouble with the client crashing today? I've started loading tables multiple times and the client all of a sudden just closes. Seems to be when I hit a waitlist button. Tried reinstalling and still the same. Can't play at all.

Recently switched from playing on Windows to a Mac.

Logging on and playing is no issue. But the lobby freezes and doesn’t update unless I log off. This (obviously) makes changing tables difficult. I’m not seeing new tables that open and even after I’ve joined a table from the waiting list, it still shows I’m on the waiting list.

Is this software issue or operator error? I’ll admit it’s been more than a decade since I used OS but everything thing else I’m using it for seems to work without much effort on my part.

Any Mac users seeing this?

I see this on my PC. I have to jump to tournament or blast, then back to cash games to get it to update sometimes.

Is the $100 immediate bonus the highest redemption amount they offer for rb? And then it's not actual cash but a bonus that requires a playthrough?
