Thanks for the additional info Cody. I think I'm probably stuck using it, since I don't do crypto. But to manage my risk, I think I will just cash out in smaller chunks, in case I get burned on one of them.
One thing I forgot to mention was I am pretty sure Matchpay got me banned from Cashapp. It's been a few years now so I forget the details, but they somehow identified those payouts as gambling related.
Thankfully I haven't missed it much, not sure it if it ever took off. But I wouldn't want to get banned from Venmo.
I have used Matchpay dozens of times in the past couple years. No issues whatsoever and decent customer support. Now I have had 2 recent issues and you have to go through hoops to get it rectified. In each case I was not made whole. Will never use Matchpay again..
anyone successfully play on ignition while traveling abroad?
Not sure what they have done to make it so bad. All the disconnects, lags, tables randomly freeze, not able to log in randomly. It was running perfect 2 months ago.

After the latest update that got rid of the download all button, I have been downloading the files individually. The files open a text file which is annoying but it also gets downloaded into the regular folder like it had previously so its just an annoyance.
The actual issue is when I try and download hand histories on Ignition, some of the files download correctly but others get this error and show up in the folder as 1kb files with only one hand history (there were more played). I played a 900 hand session but when I upload all the downloads I got from the ignition downloads page it only shows about a third of that. Anyone else have issues with this or find a fix, support was useless.
Lagging and disconnections have rendered the PLO cash games unplayable for me today.
I quit plying the NLHE games with my phone this afternoon. Kept freezing and requiring me to repost or wait for BB again.
Ok, this is how I managed to log in after half an hour:
1) Open a link to download client using Microsoft Edge (chrome was not working). Install it.
I use this: https://www.ignitioncasino.ooo/poker/dow...
2) Open client, log in (takes you to website through Microsoft Edge), log in, press yes in open destock, log in.
3) DO NOT UPDATE or when ask or you will be back to step 1

Thanks Cody. Sounds like you no longer use the Matchpay. Did you end up switching to crypto then? Or did you find another good alternative?

Yeah the lag and table freezing is so bad at this point im surprised they have not closed all the games and still allow people to play them. But seems thats whay you get from the unregulated sites.

Iggy says it needs to verify my phone before allowing me to withdraw. Then says a code was sent to my phone. But, no code is actually sent. Talked to support and it is being escalated as of two days ago. Still no code and no response from escalation team.

Is anyone experiencing poor customer service from the unregulated, offshore site that does everything possible to obscure data like hand histories while ignoring bot infestation and ongoing technical issues - while having every possible bit of identifying information about users from years ago (including drivers license, social security, etc.)?

I withdrew successfully yesterday. Got the verification code sent to my phone like normal.
I pulled my roll off the site. Been here for like 12+ years. I emailed and said their new changes to all the SNG structures ruined the games and I won't be returning unless they make changes back in the opposite direction.
I don't think they care or will even respond but I fired one into the abyss for us.

This happened to me. It turns out the code was in my spam folder.

got in 2 good hours. now 2 of my tables are frozen and people are disconnecting at the table.

1. Delete roaming folder
2. Download latest version from Ignition website
3. Install and REJECT the 'update now'
Even this fails 50% of attempts. It's absurd to have to go through this every time just to login.
Anyone else Hold em manager 3 not working correctly? or is it just me I can get it to work on like 1 or 2 tables then randomly it just stops working if I pull up another table. Def been worse this past month with their new updates

I wonder how many people just cant get logged in via client. Im sure its the reason for drastic player population decrease. Happened around the same time they made that wierd client browser combo login.
In addition to occasional freezing problems for me, here’s a new wrinkle. The select all option is missing when I try downloading hand histories. Must manually do each one. Anyone else running into this problem?
