Mark, he’s a gambling addict calling 2p2ers toxic. We all know or have played with addicts, all they do is cause pain and suffering for themselves and everyone around them. They are pure toxicity but they make the poker world go ‘round — live cash games are tougher now because the addicts have either gotten help or left for private games where they can play on credit and not pay in order to get a measly rebate on their losses/suffering.

Update: I am MTT pro.

Confirmed.

Update: I am MTT pro.

Pman is live mtt pro. hes chasing number 2 spot on hendon mob. he will never catch brynn kennny. hes a great man.

Hope everyones doing well. I'm considering posting here more. Im taking a small break from the vlogs. I have been streaming on twitch and playing some phenom poker, which has been fun. Not a whole lot going on for me right now, been busy in good ways and taking it easy.

Hello everyone.

I know it's been a while. I haven't posted on 2p2 in quite some time, and I haven't published a vlog since I turned 30 in July. It's been a rough 2nd half of the year for me. I plan to release a vlog before New Years going over my 2025 poker results and my plan for 2026. I've been very irritable lately. So many idiots doing idiot things. I don't want to be associated with a majority of these "poker" vloggers. Not really sure what I want to do honestly. Such is life.

God bless

Why don't you smoke some pot, play some video games and watch some Netflix for a couple months to decompress from the tough year. Throw in some naps for good measure.

Reading the comments, and i can see that you consider yourself a pokerpro with multiple income streams on the side. You mention videoediting as an example.

How many hours of paid videoediting did you have in the year of 2025?

Oh geez it's hard to say. Some projects we had a monthly payment for, others were hourly. I'm really not sure

I am just asking, cause when you consider yourself a pro pokerplayer despite losing 3K in the year of 2025,then i am supposing you have to drag in alot of money on your "side income" to support yourself.

Well, the word pro can be different for everyone else. I think a pro is defined as someone who makes a majority of their income playing poker. Last year was obviously a loser. Pros have losing years. I didn't make heaps doing side jobs but I made enough to get by. I've also about exhausted my big win from the employees event in 2023.

Also on a side note dude, I've seen some of the absolutely horrendous stuff you've said about me. Not nice. Let's be kind in 2026.

Hey Pman, genuinely not trying to be a detractor here... merely curious. You mentioned in the comments of your most recent video that you are playing pro Old School RuneScape. Were you being sarcastic or genuine, or are you video game lying? I ask because I knew some poker players about 8-10 yrs ago who were botting/goldfarming and even had their own website to sell gold, and they did pretty well. I hear it's much less profitable these days, though. I have a base 60 account myself on OSRS but haven't touched the game in 10 years.

Hey Wilfram; you're not detracting at all, I appreciate your comment!

I was being sarcastic; everyone arguing over the semantics of "pro rec fish losing" etc, it's like, get over it! Lol. I also have some acquaintances who used to gold farm / bot. While I myself never got into real world trading (except a little gambling waaaay back in the day on runescape sites) I know it can be quite lucrative. I don't have the skills or desire to make $ off OSRS; I just figured I could have something up on my 2nd monitor, and wanted to try out streaming / playing the hardcore ironman mode.

TLDR No i'm not a pro runescape player

I am fully aware its possible to have losing years as a pro. However its not so common as you think, especially not playing higher stakes.

Its far more likely you arent even a winning player longterm and thats why you lost this year. 1 bink doesent make you a pro obviously, you have to play large volume and show you can win longterm.

All the reg posters in the vlogger thread considers you a Whack Pack member alongside Trooper and Rice, and thats not without good reasons.

by pmanprays m

It's been a little while now....

On mix games:
3:30 "I'm not done, I will deposit more, and I will be prosperous"
4:25 "Still playing the mix games for fun, not expecting to be profiting there any time soon"

I'm guessing the "I will be prosperous" was a joke? What are you doing to study the games? Do you have a plan? It seems like if you didn't play on Phenom you'd be around breakeven for the year right?

4:20 "I'm happy with where my tournament game is at"

What's your overall ROI for the year? What have you done this year to work on/improve/study for tournaments? If your MTT game is solid, and you want to make money, why not just grind tournaments all year?

On your tax returns, Schedule C/Form 1040, Section A "Principal business or profession", does it say Professional Gambler?

I haven't been playing higher stakes. I believe I am a winning MTT player. The "reg posters in the toxic thread" can say whatever they want, yourself included. I'm just saying, maybe we can both take a step back from the keyboard and remember we're talking to another human.

I might get back on phenom a bit. I have no plan and haven't studied the games. I'm collecting the token though. And yeah, if we cut out 2025 Phenom play I'd be about break even.

My online mtt ROI this year was just under 20% and Live was just under 18%. I've studied with gtowizard, coaches, and friends. I should grind tournaments all year.

EDIT

I do file my taxes as a professional poker player.

Why do you suggest that

Not sure why you want to continue to grind a game that you'll lose at. It can't be fun, right? If it's about gambling, just go to a casino and throw dice, if it's about the rush of playing/winning at poker, play the games you are the best at.

My online mtt ROI this year was just under 20% and Live was just under 18%. I've studied with gtowizard, coaches, and friends. I should grind tournaments all year.

Seems a little low, but overall fine if you're steady working on your game. I'm guessing "coaches and friends" is you just asking people for general advice/telling HH stories/watching youtube. Those things are pretty useless as far as getting better at poker goes. Grinding gtowiz to find optimal lines and then paying attention/taking notes when you play to exploit your opponents, and grinding ICM tools to get better at that aspect of the game is going to be where you make the biggest improvements.

I do file my taxes as a professional poker player.

You should lead with this when people question you. If it's good enough for the federal government, it's good enough for random internet people you'll never meet.

by pmanprays m

Why do you suggest that

I would guess it's because you said that you didn't want to be associated with poker vloggers and didn't know what you want to do with your life. A job would likely provide structure to your life, give you some forced socialization, and of course money. I know people meme about you having family money, but do you have a plan for your life? How many more years can you make $0.00? Is the way your life is currently set up sustainable for the next 40 years?

I sometimes lose sure.

I've gone a little deeper than talking with friends and watching youtube videos. I've spent hours in gtowiz drilling and going over deviations with my friends (proven winners in their fields)

Good point, i kinda like that idea

Unlike what it might look like or what some people say / think, i don't love off my dad's money. My dad isn't even loaded. He does well for himself but we're not talking give pman money for no reason kind of money. I love my father very much, and while we're very close, it's ultimately up to me to figure out how to pay my bills and find my way in this world. I want to be a professional poker player, that's what I'm going to keep doing. I've done A LOT more video editing / sports / slot stuff that people don't know about. I also pet sit and do random side jobs around Vegas. I make enough to get by most times. The one time I didn't, when I went broke in 2022, I did move back in with my father. But he sure as hell didnt' give me money to move back to Vegas. I had to earn that grinding in his guest room.

Perhaps some of this is my fault for not portraying some of this, or doing so in a poor manner. I never wanted my vlogs to be all about the money. I want them to be a lifestyle poker vlog. Something for me to have fun with, look back on, and hopefully make other people happy or inspired or whatever. To be quite frankly I can't go another year in the negatives. 2026 has to be profitable and may include more video editing and work from home jobs. We'll see how things pan out.

by pmanprays m

Why do you suggest that

Because you are guaranteed to "win" at a job.
Because the sense of accomplishment of doing a job well is good for your mental health.
Because getting the **** out of bed daily and doing something besides getting stoned is good for your mental health.
Because meeting people outside of the gambling world is good for you.
Because having real work on your resume/application/whatever will look better for you when you give up your pipe dream of being a poker pro.
Because establishing a work ethic is obviously not something you are able to do sitting at home getting high. You're too weak. Go build some strength away from what you are doing now.

Or just sit at home and get high, play video games, and dream about what you'll never accomplish. Whatever.

Edit: A real live 40hr a week job, not 10 hours a week at a failing cardroom, lol
