200 tournaments doesn’t work though. 200 tournaments at a $500 ABI with a 20% roi nets $20k in expected income. Thats not enough to live on without benefits and having to play the full 15.3% fica tax rate. $500 is a generous ABI considering he doesn’t have to bankroll to take 100% of his action.

Agreed its not enough to live on without other income streams. My main point was i just want to see OP putting in some decent volume to back up his claims that he is a longterm winner,as far as i i know he have never played even close to 200 live tournies in 1 year,let alone 300+.

If we take away the 2nd place score and take +47k out of my poker results, things definitely don't look great. My confidence doesn't come from the 2nd place. I've been confident in myself my whole life and will continue to move upwards and onwards, win or lose, I know I'm on the right path.

Lol, ladies are always hit or miss out here. Nothing serious as of recent. I was talking to a girl back in September but she turned out to be a little unstable (drove us 80 in a 35...thought i was gonna die). I didn't do anything for the holidays this year. My mom was in town recently for a work trip and we had a blast at Circa. pDad doing his thing in Florida, think they had a small Thanksgiving get together.

Why are you assuming poker players pay taxes.

Poker is hard you need to have a lot of variables going for you and other factors, even if someone had the ability to play like LLLinusLove thats like 25% of what it takes to make it in poker. And im pretty sure Linus did a lot of networking to get to where he was like anything in life...

It feels like all of the states send their worst drivers to Vegas where they just blow past stop signs and weave in and out of standstill traffic and hydroplane on a quarter inch of rain. Shouldn't discourage you from getting out there, but in the future just drive yourself and you won't have to worry about it.

I don't have a car :( but yeah lots of terrible drivers in Vegas, it's scary.

That’s fair. I assumed you had multiple prescriptions for anxiety and other disorders.

Yeah I have no problem talking about my mental health issues. My main problem is tourettes syndrome (i have mild eye and neck tics). I'm also on the autism spectrum. I have what used to be called aspergers. My other main thing and the reason I had such a late start to life is anxiety, which comes in a few forms. And then a little bipolar.
