I expected at least for them to just claim it was on my end and not their end according to their system rather than flat out lie and claim it didnt happen when the evidence in this case imo is pretty much concrete. But lesson learned to take a quick screenshot as its happening in the future. Im not necessarily surprised that they didnt remedy it or say its not their fault, what I am surprised about is that they flat out denied it and the way they handled it by asking for more info, then literally ghosting me and then on chat taking a whole 30-60 seconds and then ending the chat on me when I pushed back on whether it actually got looked into

Anybody else having lag and crashing issues today?

I'm on #3 restart in the first 45 minutes. Not a good a day for this with the Holiday main event coming up.

Also, the High Roller in danger of not running in 45 minutes. All the satellites got canceled.

The Holiday barely got off the ground with 1-2 tables to start ... this is crazy.

Guess online poker is dead outside of Club WPT Gold.

I play mainly 5NL/25NL Zone poker. Most of the time lately there are only 3-4 players per table. The player count is so low. I started playing more on ACR and have been enjoying my time so far

Low zone player counts have been on all levels, lately. From 25NL all the way up.

25NL Zone used to always have full tables at any time day or night. Not anymore.

It got better after the 1st hour, but still cost me two last minute rebuys into the $162 200k Gtd and the nightly $55 30k Gtd. It's just unreal. I can't open a MTT lobby without sweaty whether their POS client is going to freeze up or not. I already tried a 2nd computer and now moving onto a 3rd one.

I won 900 dollars from free spins. (without a deposit!) Is there even a 1% chance they let me keep any of this??

In the latest, "you can't make this crap up" department, I'm registered for 4 SNGs and one of my buddies calls me up and says let's go to breakfast, so I try to un-register for the SNGs and there is no button to do so because it is missing. And to make it even worse I am the only person registered this early in the morning.

EDIT: I was able to unregister by jumping through the hoops of logging out of the regular client and logging back in through the browser version and under my tournament unchecking the registered box. I need a beer for breakfast now to chill out.

same there are alot more players on blitz than zone and the software is so much better

everyone knows bot farms exist but to actually see the whole operation with the smug attitude really pisses me off. hope the worst things happen to those guys

I think every poker site knows their are bad actors out there trying to steal money. I kind of feel this new login procedure was Bodog doing some type of rough, temporary, and improvised attempt to make it difficult to login. But I have no idea what I would do if I owned a poker site and someone showed me that video of my poker site other than off the top of my head forcing people to make videos of themselves actually playing for 30 minutes or something and that play would have to be spot on to how they have always played.

As much as I love crypto in poker, this is what happens when you have crypto funded accounts and a site that has no security and minimal KYC requirements.

I remember after Black Friday telling people I was glad BF happened because I found Bovada. It was much juicier than Full Tilt, where I was playing, and in the pre-crypto days they DHL'd checks to your door in 7 business days. FTP, by comparison, once took 2 months to send me a couple grand.

I withdrew the last of my Ignition roll in 2025 and will never return unless some massive software and game integrity changes are made.

kyc is the same for withdraws as any payment rail for any other site. if you were using a no kyc site as an example sure. but crypto has no effect here

No it isn't. They allow you to VPN, send crypto, and you can withdrawal any amount of money you want without playthrough if you're not dumb.

i can think of 4 other sites off the top of my head that allow you to do the exact same thing and dont have crypto as a deposit or wd method. having to link sepa/us bank accounts, muchbettorluxon/skrill and can do all of the above.

Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
I can access my account via web, but I get the following message when I try to access the Poker tab.

I've contacted CS and have tired clear cache, delete cookies, etc.
