So there's a video showing an officer taking the victims gun away from him like 3-5 seconds before the shooting. While he does have the right to carry it is clearly the unfortunate reason he was shot here the timing is too close to be a coincidence . Something in those 3-5 seconds must have happened to make that idiot go berserk .

Obama deported 3+ million people in his terms. Often being called the deporter in chief. How many ICE agents were in red cities terrorizing residents? How many US citizens were shot and killed because of it?

A 37 y/o American citizen, who was an ICU nurse, was murdered on the street for videoing ICE (which is within his constitutional rights), and then trying to defend a woman who was assaulted and pushed down by ICE agents. Then both were maced, and the man attacked by 5 ICE officers, his gun removed, and then shot, execution style.
Everything escalated because of ICE. But that can't even be agreed upon.

im leaning even less jail time from a few new angles i looked at. one agent does clearly disarm him but it happens so fast in the middle of a football scrum he's probably gonna have a better case then i thought originally. We also see the victim reach for his gun holster after the ice agent takes the gun 1 second before the shooting probably just a reaction to what the officer just did.
If I was a lawyer I would argue the victims hand movement with obstructed vision could have justified a shooting. Since the ice agents clearly knew he had a gun from audios of the scrim. Obviously the body cam will show if thats untrue tho. stay tuned

You wouldn't be a very good lawyer then, because ICE assaulted him first. He was peacefully protesting and video observing, which multiple SCOTUS cases have upheld as constitutionally protected. There's also multiple agents around there, and only one of them pulls out their gun and shoots him.

The police used to get away with shootings like this at a much higher rate in the 90s and 00s. It just wasnt reported in the same way. This isnt new and it was worse in the past.
