I took my Trust Fun to Shake Shack for lunch today.
Shack Burger + $3 in app fries + $1 in app large fat ****ing gingerale
The Burger was not particularly good, overly well done, with some parts of it burnt.
So later this evening I contacted support. Within 90 (!) minutes I received an e-mail apologizing profusely and bestowing me with a $15 off order promo code, to be used by 9/2/26.

The McD’s CEO clip is pretty terrible. And there were multiple people who saw it and still said “Yeah, this is acceptable to send out”.
