USA Goes to War Against Iran
Time for a dedicated thread to the war.
How long will it last and what will be the probable outcome?
Well heres the thing vic. They can do that because they are surrounded by human shields. its not the flex you think it is
Idk. Looks like they're surrounded by collateral damage. But my hunch is this may have been from an earlier date. Or not. Who knows.
I mean it looked very densely populated beyond collateral damage levels but if there was most of the leadership then ya its definitely fake
They did a double tap attack on schoolgirls not sure why you'd think they'd refrain from bombing a parade.
That was day one. Why aren't we seeing Iran showing more and more and more of the children we're targeting and killing? No doubt our media would run with it. Victor sure would.
Cue the cognitive dissonance on stilts.
You don't think it was intentional to destroy this very building?
Or that it was intentional but they didn't know it was a school?
Because if it's the later, wouldn't it be mildly concerning to you that the best military in the world is acting blind and/or on 10 years old intel?
In all cases it's horrific.

if you search the thread there's an aerial map showing it was surrounded by military buildings. There's zero chance they intended to hit this its a pr nightmare. only an idiot could believe it was intentional its bad strategy a day or two into a new war while all eyes are on you IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IF THEY ARE GOOD GUYS OR BAD GUYS ITS JUST BAD STRATEGY. also the us military has reported hitting 15000 targets. if this is the only terrible one being reported not the worst track record

I'm sure the families will understand.
So you are saying the so called chirurgical strike wasn't that chirurgical?
The military is capable of striking speed boats but not a building?
Please clarify.
it was hit twice. the second time by a loitering tomahawk that circled for like 20 minutes collecting images. it wasnt an accident. you can argue they didnt intend to kill the school girls and that it was "faulty intelligence" but then you would be a naive moron with no sense of history and a fundamental misunderstanding of how the West conducts war.

I have to plead guilty to being a 'naive moron' on this topic, which is why I have yet to take a stance one way or other on the war.
That said, how does 'The West' conduct wars differently than the 'Non-West.' Thanks.
It was probably intentional. They don't want the Iranians to do proportional responses they want the Iranians to go nuts so that they can do the same. Killing a bunch of schoolgirls can help to accomplish that.
And doing it on day 1 of the war is going to achieve that better than doing it on day 17.
Also-- they don't want regime change. They want Iran balkanized and destroyed. So killing a bunch of schoolgirls helps preclude the possibly of an uprising by uniting the Iranian people.

Not the worst track record? Yeah, what's a couple hundred children? No big deal.

There have been many videos showing civilians under attack. This day one bullshit is cognitive dissonance. It's hilarious that you view holding the government to account by its people and media as a bad thing.
This is an administration that has spent two weeks "investigating" a double-tap on a school but called an unarmed nurse a domestic terrorist within 45 minutes of him being executed in the streets of America.
These are the people with whom you trust are telling you the truth. I get it; you don't like Iran. Most of us do not like Iran, which is why we want to make sure the US doesn't turn into another Iran.
Didn't the official White House X account post dozens of video clips showing very precise military strikes? You can blow sunshine that they didn't know it was a school or that they thought the school was out of session, but there is no question the building was targeted.
We're finding out, since Trump's rise to power, that a lot of people see brown people as less than human. He certainly does.
the problem with books is they take years research to write and if this was the subject of a book it would already be out dated in the context this meanie was using it
No. But it's not at all surprising you didn't get the point others did. This is what happens when your information is compressed into 30 sec videos.

Tons of doubt actually.
These are sacrifices they're willing to make, as long as it's not their children.

For the sake of argument, I’ll grant your downstream logic. What occurred is consistent with certain agendas. But if it were intentional, that would imply targeting and planning decisions at the highest levels to provide plausible deniability. Fair enough?
So why would those masterminds plan this for eight hours into the attack? In other words, who would reasonably expect parents to drop their kids off at school a few hundred meters from a known military base under those conditions or even if they did, wouldn’t have returned to pick them up?
I mean, we now know why neither of those things happened: the Iranian government didn’t even alert the public that the country was under attack until a couple of hours after the school was bombed, or roughly ten hours after they scrambled their air defenses. But who could have predicted that during the black-op planning phase?
Kash Patel fired all the Iran specialists because he's a disgusting pedophile protector like the entire GOP so they aren't operating on good current intel, they are just firing Tomahawk at known targets.
Oh, it's a school now. Was! Would need to update the intel file again but I guess no one can log in.
The second tap was on purpose.

Just from a PR standpoint, the fact that Trump and Hegseth are widely perceived to be incompetent affirmative action ideological DEI hires even before all of this just adds to the narrative. They also could have not lied about it after but it just fits into the pattern of these guys not being qualified and not understanding the horrific things that happen in any war. Which completeky undercuts the notion that they are able to adequately run one.
