I was supposed to get $2400 for finishing 1st at NL50. Out of the 13 daily races I've won 11 and was leading by about 500 points overall.
SportsBetting live chat opened a ticket but told me my account "shows no qualifying activity". Now I have definitive proof of my overall placement since I've been taking photos of the daily leaderboards after each day, showing my position and points, but they still say there was no "qualifying Cash Game Circuit NLHE 50 activity/points" (which doesn't make any sense since playing daily races was the only activity possible, there wasn't any "join" button to press or anything) and refuse to pay.
There's total radio silence by email, both from SB and the Chico network. I don't think they have any intention of paying what they promised (I have the promotion page saved as pdf if anyone wants to take a look at it), and I don't think there's anything we can actually do, so I'm just gonna move on to another site and tell everyone I know to stay away from Chico.

The Players Behind the Money
Who's behind it? The trail leads to a hedge fund called Black Square Capital, based in New York. It's a small but incredibly effective fund run by three former McNeese students:
Marcus Webb (class of 2012, now managing partner)
David Kao (data analyst, class of 2014)
Chris Lowell (trader, class of 2013)
These three men have been quietly supporting the McNeese basketball program for years – off the books, of course.

I finished first in the NL25 leaderboard and I'm having the same problem as you. Please send me the PDF file of the webpage that you have. I currently have an open ticket and received an email a few hours ago from them asking to provide more information (I sent them screenshots of my daily leaderboards too).
To be honest I don't expect us to be paid for the promotion but I think that whatever they reply to me after I send them the PDF version will be conclusive for this whole mess.
Big Adventures is wrapping up soon. I joined for a bit and enjoyed the games. The final winner, a Maldives trip, will be chosen live from the Top 100 players.

I won the 10NL LB and got paid my prize of $800 even before the LB "officially" ended. The last day the scoring was messed up I believe but I had such a big lead nobody would have been able to catch me in the second week anyways as I got 1st every day in week 1.

Still haven't received a single answer by email from SB, BOL or Chico (It's been 20 days since my first message).
Just want to reiterate - they promised payouts for their promo, total of $50k. And then they just... Didn't pay them. No small fonts or clauses provided, just basically said "we won't pay because we won't".

What is unbelivable is that I just logged in and they are advertising a new circuit race for this month (starting today 22 and ending on the 31). What is even worst, it is supossed to start at 3 pm ET but players already have points in all the stakes (being 11:39 am ET).

does anyone else experience constant crashes when playing on Chico? I've played on all the major sites over the years, never had an issue. With Chico I get daily crashes, my PC is more than capable...any suggestions would be appreciated...

Same problem, every 45 minutes or so. Has been happening for over a year now. Have stopped playing on the site as a result.

Had the same issue, it turned out to be related to Jurojin. You can use IntuitiveTables instead.
That said, I'd advise against playing on this network.

wow a lot to unpack with that statement...how did you come to a conclusion that it was Jurojin?

Well, they just blatantly scammed players for up to $50k in unpaid promotion payouts without providing any reason. And to make things worse, they're now running the same promo again, LMFAO. So they can basically do whatever the f... they want and then just stop replying to your emails if they are in the wrong.
To me it seems risky to play on a network that cares so little about its reputation.
